I was a little on tilt already, and with these stats I couldn't fold.

Villain (45 hands): 79/12/10,5 - Fold to flop cbet: 60, Flop agg%: 66 (32), turn agg%: 53 (19), Aggression faktor: flop: 3,67, turn: 10, river: 14

Seems like a easy fold on the turn. Especially against a loose passive villain.
It's likely he has at least top pair and in best case you have 7 outs to win.
