GGPoker Official Rep - HELLO!

They gave me some trashy 7 T$ after all as a sign of good will for taking 50% of the total honeymoon rewards value, because of there retardness aka there mistake! What happened after winning 5$ s&g from the 7th mission I click to play the free one and instead software bugged and opened 2 without even asking me! OC I lost them both ridiculously with 3+ all-in suck outs!

You can keep running HEM/PT in GG network only if you have another poker room opened in the same time! But if you forget something open until GG is the only poker room opened you will get automatic life ban and lose all your funds in your account as well!

It seems incredible that a person could get a life-time ban for running software that is useless on GGPoker.

Although GGPoker actively upholds a blanket ban on third-party software, utilizing this software for another poker room while the GGPoker’s app is running is not considered a contravention of the HUD ban, and will not result in an account suspension.

But using these Softwares for GGPoker rooms is not allowed.

Yea great promises, but all lies = GGpoker network!
1/ bonus deposit is cleaning at approx3.3% rate instead of 25% for N8, respectively 2.5% out of 20% for GG only 7.5 times less!
2/ fish buffet points are generated 10 times less than they are supposed to be!
3/ your recognized rake is approx 25% of your real rake generated!
4/ LB screwed from cash to tickets reducing the value with approx 50% and 2 times already miraculously getting rekt from ticket there software showed I won to the end of the LB and shown on there site after, but at the end 1 time from 35th to 51 impossibly and 2nd from 78, trough 92 2h after the end of the LB to 101st miraculously again!
5/ Missed 1/30 honeymoon mission/300$ total value/, because you must start them no later, than 7 days of your 1st log in, but they finished my account verification at the 8th day only to force me to activete my missions on the 7th and to watching how the 1st expires and that means you cannot never complete the 30/30 for 150$, but you cannot complete it even if it was done, because of some impossible missions to achieve at the end like win MTT in the day of the mission!
Shortly you have to prepare to receive 10-20% of the rewards they promised, because this is what you will get!

If they catch you with any 3rd party software/even table and size managing/ running until you are playing only in GG you will get automatically life ban and your funds will be confiscated!

As I mentioned, since neither PT4 nor HEM will work with GGPoker, it makes no sense to ban them.
It makes as much sense as saying, "You are not permitted to hunt moose using a pea-shooter"

Not to mention all the software glitches etc. mobile app is still down, and supposed to be first day of big event. 24/7 live support does not exist and is false advertising. You will wait 2weeks plus for an email response from support which still doesn’t answer the question or resolve query.

This is correct. HUDs don't work on the GGPoker client so they are not banned.

Other third party tools that do interfere with the client are banned however.

If a person uses illegal software they are given a warning to not repeat the infraction.

Continued usage will end in the account being banned from the NETWORK and funds being confiscated.

Just for clarity as well all security checks are carried out at network level and not skin level.

If the network deems a user has broken the terms and conditions they make that decision NOT the skin.

As I probably won‘t get any email support: due to the downtimes yesterday I couldn‘t play to complete the honeymoon mission. Therefor the 30 days can‘t be completed.
Any chance I get a chance to still complete the full 30 days?
For me iOS and Mac still doesn‘t work. So for now it‘s two days in a row with no option to play. Will it be fixed anytime soon?

Unfortunately, we're unable to re-add Honeymoon missions onto accounts. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

So just keep in mind: the honeymoon promo is kind of the only signip offer GGPoker has (at least I don‘t got any deposit bonus or anything). So because of technical issues on their side I wasn‘t able to play and now miss one day for the 30 days streak to get the only bonus that somehow males sense for me ($150 cash).
And they are not willing at all to somehow help me out.
Any idea what to do?

I don't think You can do anything about it. They already said they're unable to re-add missions.
If it helps: there's 2 missions were you need to finish 1st in a tournament and one is you need win all in or fold jackpot. Going for that 150$ is not simple.

There is a welcome bonus for new depositors on top of the Honeymoon.

It depends on when you signed up. Ask the email team about it.

Question one: is there a way to play without clicking to open your cards every time, can they not be just dealt.I dint find anything in the settings.

Question two: I regget with the 100 wsop promo yesterday in the afternoon and today I haven't got the second day tickets, how do they count days? I activated the honeymoon as well may it cancels any other current bonuses...but i don't think that's the case .

Anyways very interesting room , some frustrating things like the the way the river card is been dealt :f_biggrin::f_biggrin:...slooooowly
the thing that you have to click every time to open your cards lol and that you getting only 10bb in spin and gold on 2 multies and they go up with the multiplier lol

I played a couple of hands of NL 5 and I could see my hands as soon as they were dealt.

OK I found it -- it is in the settings under "Squeeze" -- turn it off
The funny part is that the explanations is that this is for "added excitement"

I cannot understand why they don't make that "feature" optional. I often play on multiple sites, and especially when streaming I need to see at a glance what is happening, and when forced to wait to see the outcome of a hand I frequently miss what happened on other tables -- or I have to miss what happened on the GGPoker table. When that happens, I have to go to the hand history which takes even more time.

1. I assume you are referring to the squeeze? This can be removed in settings > squeeze > off

2. The WSOP tickets are issued at the same time daily. They will arrive. Just stay patient. The Honeymoon is a different promo. You can have both it and the WSOP bonus running at the same time.

The river card squeeze is not removable.

lol It has been so annoying to click every time just to see your hand.

About the promo it is very strange I got the first days tickets then the second one nothing... I have written already:f_biggrin::f_biggrin::f_biggrin: we 'll see... I don't really need those tickets much to be honest but- hey at least they give you something something lol

about the room I dont think I'll play there too often, I just love to stick with the good old stars:f_biggrin: but was curious about the WSOP online this year as I'm planning to take advantage that it is online this year and bloody take part at least once in my life hahahhaha lol
But room looks good though will definitely play there from time to time

Imagine playing 3500+ hands Omaha, which I don't play at all to complete that stupid honeymoon mission , and when you do getting suck out from 1 out and not completing it, because somehow the software didn't recognize it!

2nd mission failed, because of GG! Reported and betting they will not give a shit like the 1st time no matter, that it is there fault!
