Hello, i have an old creditcard in my account so i cant withdraw to this card. I emailed pokerstars now six times over five weeks and they are not responding at all. I want to delete the card and withdraw with skrill. I emailed to cashier@starsaccount.eu/paymentservices@starsaccount.eu/ support@pokerstars.eu and the normal way in the help center. Nobody is responding not even that they received my email. What can I do?

You can use the Help function at the PokerStars Client:

Off course it could take a while. It looks like they are busy on the moment.

You can even withdraw straight to your bank account. I got the money in 24 hours last time I cashed out. You can even do this without having your stars account linked with this bank account. You just enter your IBAN, SWIFT code and you are good to go.

And then you can send these money to Skrill, make a small deposit and afterwards you should be able to withdraw right on Skrill account.

Hi thovell,
Patience is the key here.
Emailing more than once rarely makes a difference.
I agree w/ SDK1987 that the best approach is to use the in-client contact system, but in your case I would recommend that you use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the "withdraw" page in the Cashier.

Best of luck :gl:,

Why not just deposit $10 with Skrill, then withdraw everything back?

Hi Zheelvern,
I have a similar situation, except that my previous deposit method still works.
When I tried to withdraw to MuchBetter (another wallet similar to Skrill and Neteller), I had to withdraw to my original method up to a certain amount before I could withdraw the balance.
