 In FL how does one identify profitable tables?
 Consider starting a blog here -- a lot of members would be interested in a Fixed Limit blog (in other words, I would be )

What I should have said is don't play unless the table is profitable. At times at 1/2 and above there isn't enough value on the table to be able to beat the rake so time to do something else.

That is why I have started to play nl2. I prefer fixed limit, but nl2 is there if I need it

Unfortunately fixed limit is dead. Final years of it's activity people played it for rakeback, but not even this is gone.

Depends what you mean by dead. There tables to play on that are soft and beatable. That will do for me.

It is common to find these tables at 2/4 3/6 and 5/T. I only need to play 2 or 3 of these and beat them for 1 big bet /100 to make the sort of money that I would find useful. $15-$20 an hour would do me. I am not greedy.

so how is it working over here?
came back after 8 years I think and were stoked that FL is dead back in the days I also played 2/4 and 3/6 with some shots to 5/T

is there any place where are enough tables online? or is it dead through all providers?

I only play FL Hold'em as part of HORSE, 8-Game and 11-Game, so I wouldn't really know if cash was "dead"
At the moment, on PokerStars there are tables of FL $2/$4, FL $5/$10 and FL $1/$2 all with room for 1 more.
The top two are 6-max, and the FL $1/$2 is full-ring.
I just realize "hide full tables" is checked -- there is actually quite a bit of traffic -- even at FL $10/$20
