Losing big on BB position

From what i can see a good loss rates is -20bb/100 from the sb and -40bb/100 from the bb but remember it takes a very large amount of hands to know your true positional win rate 300k+ hands so just work hard to improve don't get obsessed with these numbers. If you never played a hand from the SB or BB your win rates would be -50bb/100 from the SB and -100bb/100 from the BB.

And i would advise Willaim Hill at the moment for strategy points as they are on PVI rakeback system.Because i know at Betfair you can get 35% flat contributed rakeback else where which pokerstrategy isn't offering at the moment.But i believe they have requested it so i would keep that option open to see what happens in the near future with pokerstrategies Betfair deal.If pokerstrategy hasn't updated that deal in the next 6 months or so you can always shop around for the best rakeback deal on Betfair which is among the best deals around lately.

Exactly this.
You say you are losing 70BB/100 from BB. This means that you are winning 30BB/100 above what you expect to lose. Are you doing this well at any other position?
At NL 10 and up, stealing the blinds is a big part of the game, and defending you blinds is critical to success.

is it 41k in the BB or overall? to get an accucate number, you would need 100k hands played in the BB. so you have a sample issue in any case.

those number are on the looser side, but only by a small margin.

3b vs steal is dependant on the steal % though. when the that number is low in the first place, you wont get away w 17% resteal.

Yes it's indeed in 41k overall. I've lost all of my previous batches of data but then again that's a while ago so that wouldn't be very representative...

I'll make sure to revise my stats after a new batch of hands

BB Defense is about calling down when you should, and bluffing well, and folding when you are behind. All these 3 contributes to your winrate.

Probably focus on having a better checkraising strategy and learn how to punish weakness from your opponent with overbets vs flop checks
