No stats on villain.

I think I am capable of folding TPTK, against 2 check-raises (multi-way).
But can I lay down 2pair? On the other hand what do I beat OTT that had me beat OTF? The turn doesn't change that much, actually.

I am also not sure about bet sizes. I think flop is ok. Calling a small raise is probably also ok.
OTT maybe better check-behind? As played, fold after getting check/min-raised?

I'm calling flop because I've seen guys do that with worse to protect/deny equity (like 77 type of hands), maybe villain has A5s too, after all we lose vs 44/22 so he could call suited aces preflop.

Turn is annoying, he has more combos of sets than suited aces, so value betting does not really make sense, I am checking or betting even smaller. We don't beat much, maybe he has QJhh or 65hh but that's optimistic. This board is incredibly good for your range, yet he goes for a double x/r, and what do you bet/call flop and bet turn with? Not much, and you have 12 combos of sets, so maybe letting go of your 9 combos of top 2 is fine, and likely the right play.

That's easy to say on a forum, but in reality I can't say I'm folding, nor do I expect villain's to find a fold here. If you swap hands, villain prob loses his stack vs your set too.

Not sure why you bet only 1/4 pot in a multi way pot on NL2.
Especially on NL2 you can easy bet more than half pot I think. Now you are prized in to call the flop.
Turn is tricky, but I don't think it's to bad to stack off with top 2 pair on NL2 against a unknown. He/she can easy over play weaker 2 pair combo's as well.

Board is dry. No need to deny villain's equity. SPR is low (I might get it in vs. KQ by the river anyway). I would bet small with Ax, QQ-TT, basically my entire range, too. Villain might be more inclined to call with a mid-strength hand e.g. JJ. To disguise the strength of my hand.

The only reason to bet bigger really is to exploit the NL2 population's calling station tendencies. But again, SPR is low, so in fact I find the bet size OTF optimal.

Change my mind! πŸ˜ƒ

Tough spot.
I don't like the turn bet. I'd check call and hope to see a cheaper showdown.
But, in the end. Don't feel bad to stack off with top 2 pair on a dry, unpaired board at nl2.
Yes, villain can have a set. But if this hand would be the other way around and you have a set, you'd stack off and win also every single time.

On the Flop, I would bet 1/2 pot as PF aggressor. Against some fish, I could bet 1/4 pot, as a bait. When he raises to half pot, I would re-raise to a full pot and decide call the push or fold.

As Hero 3bet on the PF, K is in his range. If opp understands this, the raise could mean to ask 'Do you have a King?'. As a fish myself, I do this sometimes against a flop-honest regs.

As played, I would xb on the turn, and call anything on the river. It's a little risky line, but opp could bluff push with anything on the river.
