the limp call really looks like small pocket pair, and if he is throwing 82BB away on a bluff, fine.
The best way to punish him is not pay him off.
Just my opinion though...
Folding as played without reads, but I'm raising the flop to 21bb. Any 6,7,8,9,J is bad for our hand, against TP we get less value if there's a Q/K/A on the turn (and if villain has QT, a 6 can kill the action)
unless a maniac, then the line seems that he is trying to get his set paid by TPTK or TPGK.
If i don't have stats or notes on him, I'm folding on this sizing / line.
