Well maybe I will start playing more omaha after this week after sng promotion ends. Though just running good now but made close to 100€ profit in one hour two tabling plo25 with mobile again. There was one close to vpip 100 guy. He folded something once or twice but wonder what that was because TTT4s was enough to call raise at one point :)

I did have one luck box hand here (preflop allin):

I looked at some hands and I see you always have different nicknames, does it make sense to change it so often considering fish don't really care or remember how you play?

In those sng games it matter. Not really on omaha cash at least with current play amount.

Changing nick takes just few seconds so basically why not?

Quick husng which ended on first hand. Villain line before river is likely fine but bluffing flush completing river with that not so much. :)

Hah took bit more of 50€ and 100€ games today and run was as bad as usual in them. 750€ down so that was most expensive session I have had in long long time. Just not winning flips or 40-60% hands or much of dominating ones either. In one 100€ bubble SB shoved 10bb and my AJo<AQo. So huge setup. In another 100€ KKvsA9s in bubble. Backdoor flush for villain. In third 100€ it was 4handed something like this:

CO:1500
BU:3500
SB:900
BB, Hero:1800

Blinds 60/120

I get A9o.

BU raises to 300, SB fold, I shove and run into KK. No suckout.

Didnt love that spot but I doubt there is much else I could reasonably do. BU had been fairly active. Like A7o or so I might have folded but A9 just too strong imo.

Most of actual flip wins or suckouts happens in 25€ games which doesnt help too much. Well here is month so far. Another hole for filling I suppose...

There was one more 100€ bubble with SB limping bit over 10bb deep.

BU: 20bb
SB: 12bb
BB, hero: 15bb

Have T♣:8♦:

BU fold, SB call, Hero check

Flop (2bb) T♠:9♦:3♥:
SB bets 1bb, Hero call

Turn(4bb) 7♦:
SB bets 3bb, Hero call

River (10bb) 9♦:
SB shove 7bb, Hero?

So pretty puke spot imo. Villain had seemed like ok reg so probably has trapped overpairs. River complete backdoor flush but I block it somewhat. Also 9 should make villain less inclined to shove river with hand like AT. I don't know but crying called because of blocking flush and straight. But maybe call was bad because QJ type hands would most likely shove preflop. Polarized limping range could have perhaps some 85, 56 but I think river fold would have been best. Anyway calling flop and turn is mandatory.

Played one more short sng session before games died. +116€ so bit of filling to that huge hole. Last game I went for AA limp trap. Well not so nice ending:

Seat 2: Frain: bet 720 and won 1440, net result: 720

PS: Gut feeling after seeing that flop was "oh man". Have As though so need of protection is really low. Considering I have very few 3x and 4x I would check pretty often. Don't see it possible to fold river even if not happy about it.

Probably starting session soon. Played two husng on laptop moment ago though. Went nicely as long as there was no preflop allin. 4 allins and all lost: A7vsK8, A9vsKT, QQvsA9 and AAvsJT. Feels somehow familiar...

aaaand then once again dominating hands are pure paper. Especially in 50€ and 100€ games. Just 280€ down though today but just absurd. To mention few allins:

KKvsQQ
QQvsJT
KKvsAT * 2
AAvsQQ

Then AKvsAA, AQvsAA, 99vsAA all lost. 99 was tilting as well because it was BUvsCO in spot where I would normally just flat CO open. But BB has been sitting out for whole game which obviously widen ranges and I can go much more aggressive 3betting than normal. So I went for 3bet with 99, faced small 4bet and shoved. Well villain had KK...

Then some reg has great idea of inducing AJ in bubble with limp-call as second stack in spot where its fucking -EV versus any2 range. Was something like BU: 7.5bb, SB 15bb and me on BB with 25bb. SB limp, I shove 66 and guy snaps AJ. If he had shoved it would have been close spot. Might have folded or called. Probably on borderline but flipping or 60/40 for SB is disaster outcome. But river saves the day for him, wp. Same guy winning ton of flips also in bigger games. Then I win in 25€, woooo. Well at least those made day just couple hundred down and not 500.

Well run is same in plo it seems. 3bet/4bet pots with AAxx. T32r, villain hit two pair with KQT2. 3way 3bet pot with AAxx, flop comes T65r. One villain had raise-called with TT76ss. SPR was bit over 1. One other AAxx and villain hitting two pair on J52r with J753ss. Etc. etc. Well this is what I mean is nasty part of omaha imo. Some random weirdo hand can hit two pair on any flop. Had at least 5 double pairs, no sets.

One of first hands was TT76ss from SB. BB call. Flop comes T42r. I cbet and BB call. Turn is J. Decided to try to go for x-r. Well succeeded to get it in versus JJ43ss no draw on flop. Took down lot of small to medium pots but not helping a lot when big ones are stuff like this.

Quite a enormous setup hand here in HU. Limped pot. Villain bet flop and pretty big on turn. Had bad feeling of hand so my plan was to just call most rivers after turn call. Well on that one shove was mandatory and boom third nuts not enough. One in a thousand chance for that to happen.

Just totally absurd session once again. Got into point where I almost didn't want to be allin preflop dominating villain as hands simply didn't hold, period. "Flips" were something as well. I probably won at most 30% of them.

In two 50€ dropped out by calling AJ vs A6. In one AJvsAQ setup. Though that was close and would have folded ATo. Then some weirdo reg decided to try his best to give his chips in 50€ game, unfortunately failed. Hand was this one:

I had minraised preflop and cbet 1/3 pot. Now obviously I won't fold here as only hands I am behind are like K8, K3s (maybe K3o), KQ(might 3bet pre) and maybe occasionally AA. Villain could have some weaker top pair or flush draw.

Well villain actually had...

Spoiler

Villain is simply too deep for this to make sense imo. Aim of x-r on this spot is to deny equity and go for thin value. Focus more on protection. This deep though... Well he is either flipping versus fd or crushed versus better hands. Sure he can put hands like A8, 99, TT in tough spot if those cbet but call is way better option imo.

Well when you run like god and still find outs with that then whatever I suppose...

HU card distribution was again something stupid. I lost at least 4 HU in first hand by getting hand like K9 or ATs and being behind. K9 like 10-12bb deep stack is pretty strong or should be. But didn't feel like that.

New hole is pretty much same as that previous one I posted. I would really want to see EV as this stuff is just... Something.

Some late night omaha session got some nice pots on plo25. There was really really nice customer who I were at best like 400bb deep.

This hand happened after playing for quite a while in same table.

So I get really nice hand. He was really maniac type so I had not been playing that wide of range and kept my ranges pretty solid. Peeled bit more flops with nut suit hands though. Anyway SB call and the good customer (gc) 3bet. Both of us call.

SPR is just 5 and this guy can have loot of stuff so I raise versus his pot cbet and get it in. Bit dangerous flop though and I am praying for Fortuna :)

Spoiler

This was obviously huge setup and nothing villain could have done otherwise.

And that's how you win 500bb pot. Though at river I was checking that God dammit did he make straight...

Took one more stack in this one where I called preflop and flop and we got it in on turn:

So yeah omaha had silver lining today. In sng I dig around 500€ hole though so not a good day from that view.

Ahhh always feels good after these going well :)

Defended versus raise pre and went for x-r on flop. Nice hand in a way that hitting straight is almost always good and no problem to fold if villain 3bet flop.

Now if turn was total blank (for my hand) I might have gave up sometimes though I dont mind shoving either. But when we get that flush draw as well and have bit over SPR 1... Well its obviously always da pot time!

Villain folded but even if we get called we tend to have ton of outs. Unless villain has like KsXs.

Played 50€ husng recently. Opponent seemed like solid aggro reg who used lot of BU limping. Had several times this sort of situation:

BU: 20bb
BB, hero: 10bb

Hand T♠:4♥:

BU limp, hero check

Flop(2bb) K♠:Q♦:T♥:
Hero check, BU bets 1bb, hero call

Turn (4bb) 6♦:
Hero check, BU bets 2bb, hero?

So we flop bottom pair and no draw. In general I am not folding pair to cbet but question is should we do that in this spot? We get 25% pot odds on flop but only improve 12% of time.

Problem of calling is that I expect villain to double barrel lot of time and push his range advantage. Having bd fd would make call lot easier as we can then call again on some turns with fd. With this I personally just fold very often. We will have Kx and Qx to continue plus some draws so folding turn with T4 is no problem.

How often villain triple barrel is usually open question as getting info on that is usually not happening in HU that start 33bb deep. Personally I am not big fan of calling turn to fold blank river and also not calling three street. Villain could value three barrel with Q9+ or so.

So I think I am leaning toward just folding weaker bottom pairs right away on flop versus villain I don't expect to just stab once and shutdown on turn. At least on flop that favor villain heavily. I would not have any x-r range on flop especially on rainbow version. I need to have those rare Kx in call range to protect it imo. Preflop I would check often K9 or weaker and sometimes even KT I suppose.

Overall I think with Qx we have to be pretty sticky and rarely folding postflop.

Played today local unofficial mtt. 70€ buyin with 20€ into bounty. Really card dead overall. Picked some small pots with light 3bet couple times.

Then two barrel bluff with 654 in crazy pineapple. Had raised and CO and BB called. Flop came Jh7s6h. Cbet 1/3 pot and BB called. Throwed 6 away. Turn Qh and fired 3/4 pot and got pot down. Didn't have heart but nice scare card versus good amount of villain range imo.

Bit later had some AK985 with flush draw on courchevel. Preflop card was 9s so not great hand but K high fd and 9 with AK so something. Opened from CO and BB called. Flop came was then 9sKd4h. Bet around 2/3 pot and potted 3c turn. Pot was almost allin. BB folded.

Then there was one hand with KTs where SB open limped and I raised. Flop came 842r. Cbet small and got called. Turn 5 not giving me bd fd so decided to check and folded A river. Versus same SB who minraised got AQo that I 3bet to 3.2x or so and got fold.

There was one spot also in holdem where I thought about making move with A5s. BU open raised, SB 3bet to 3.2k or so. Had bit over 20k behind. It was bit nasty depth imo as shove was bit too much and small 4bet would have meant roughly 1/3 of stack investment. 15k would have been fine to shove and with 30k or close to it 4bet to 7.5k would have been fine. Decided to fold with my stack size.

In omaha had HJ limping and got AhKd3d2s on BU. Looked like a good enough hand with trash I had in omaha all day long. So iso raised and SB and HJ call. Flop come 4c5d6d which I cbet and HJ call. Turn was 8s which I decided to check with my baby straight. River was 4d and HJ bet like 40% pot. Villain had been really straightforward and not semibluff with monster draw earlier in holdem. Also there was "table joking" that this guy never bluffs. I were worried about villain value betting weaker flush but at least on break he seemed honest when we talked about it. Said he had full house but who knows.

Then finally got AAT in crazy pineapple. Had moved to new table moment ago. Blinds 500/1000. UTG limp, UTG+1 raised to 2.5-3k or so. CO shoved with over 20k. I had 27k on BU. Took some time to "decide" while BU was counting his stack. Shoved and everyone folded behind. Flop come KT3r. Throw T away and CO show AK3. No help for me.

Bit later in omaha had QQJ6ss and decided to pot with my 6.5bb stack from middle position. Maybe too wide raise. Well got everyone calling behind roughly and SB potting and two of the three callers stacking off. Funnily last caller had some dry KKxx which hit top set. Didn't look exactly board on whatever my QQ would have won without KKxx guy. SB had some QT64 and other guy some A875. Really trashy stuff.

Should have probably said something to guy on my left as he was basically inviting the BU to gamble by saying there are two bounties to collect. But yeah I am not sure if I would have won 3way pot without BU. Real BS behaviour though from guy on my left.
