it should be credited before the start of the tournament tomorrow. The PokerStars Team is on it & will send your account LV10012 the ticket.
Did you check in ->Tools->My Games & Tickets->Tournament tickets ?
It should theoretically be there

Well if you don't get ticket maybe they will give it as actual money. That would probably be best result for most. Though it's sort of funny if Stars fail this one as well. How difficult is it to add ticket into account...

Such valued ticket for such beginner?! IMO there should be some kind of minimum requirements (Silver/Gold+ ?) to make sure such ticket is not wasted.

Some members are very good poker players and are bronze only just because they have never played on a tracked affiliate.
Some members are gold because they paid for it.
Equal chance for all is fair for all.
Who knows?
Maybe the winner runs well, and studies a bit ...
