I call vs fish, if your cbet is big and oppo isn't a fish your mistake is flop.

There are also cooler in this game...

I would expect that in a fast-fold game that KK or QQ would raise pre.
I call here -- which is likely why I never got above NL 25 _cry:

You think I bet too small on flop?

KK, QQ & KQs should 3bet pre. 2 combo's of Q9o over and 4 combo's of KQo. We beat anything else.
If he has KQ he can have my money. :)

This.

Spoiler

Hero calls 68.15 BB and is all-in

BB shows J♥ T♦ (Straight, King High)
(Pre 46%, Flop 65%, Turn 77%)
Hero shows 9♠ 9♣ (Full House, Nines full of Queens)
(Pre 54%, Flop 35%, Turn 23%)
Hero wins 216.5 BB
His line is sick, so sick that he made me sick, but the question is, is it correct? Come to think of it, I have done similar things in SB vs BB battles sometimes getting paid(somewhat light) other times completely value town myself. So, I don't know.

:diamond:  the hardest thing to do in poker is to get a player to fold, when you're repping what he is holding.
:diamond:  The best hand in poker is worthless unless someone at the table has something just slightly worse
:diamond:  Sorry, I'm all out of cheezy sayings for the moment.

I think he almost JT here when we play random , if he has KQ he must xr at flop because almost bad card appears turn and river .Easy call for this case.

massive overplay by villain imo. The only callinghand he beats is AQ.

vs unknown it's just a call. obviously this spot is more interesting vs known grinder. imo value range is about 4-5 KQ combos (or can be considered less if we give villain some flop XR with KQ.... actually, should KQ XR here a lot or flatcall?) and maybe 1 Q9 combo
question is what the bluff range is. Can ppl in 100z turn K9 into bluff here? (which would make 99 a fold if it'S the main bluff hand)
maybe just KX like K8?

would you agree that this is a spot where most 100z regs will not find many obvious candidate bluff hands - thus weighting their range to value?

I would not CR KQ in his shoes on flop nor turn.

Hey. There are some decent pros that could play higher stakes but chooses to play 100z that are totally capable of pulling off complex bluffs especially deep which I have seen in Twitch streams and so on. I would say it's definitely rare though and that the most regs are just focused on their value range when they pull off a move like CRAI.

Imho at NL100 vs reg is a clear fold, a medium reg doesn't raise less than Q9 and don't bluff with trips or K9, K4, Q4.

Vs reg I think that the cbet 3/4 pot is very big in hu if hero has a large cbetting range

interesting. i feel the same way, but why should one size smaller if one bets larger range? if we have a big r advantage, maybe we can still bet big? do you know the reason?

I call him of OOR, but Cbet on Flop should be 66%-80% pot.

And I immedeatly thought about JT... since it's in callingrange Preflop. The Shove on the River is odd, but if he has it, he has it.

With a small size hero need less fe for autoprofit, and vs a big size oppo can fold bottom range and he has an easy choose.

Vs small size if he call with waek hand he fold turn or river vs big size (he must cr a vast range flop and add top pair or two pair when he call he has often a capped range).

ah, thanks for the explanation!

but some more questions:
are you saying that vs a small size, villain should XR high freq.?
if villain has big range disadvantage, why can't pure passive defend strategy? ...

also, i agree that betting big makes the choice easier, as OOP can just fold weak stuff. But a) why is it bad to make that choice easy and b) at the same time, doesn't betting flop small leave many OOP medium hands with good playability on turn, whereas betting bit sets up a difficult choice for medium hands on the turn facing a big 2nd barrel?

If hero cbet a wide range oppo need add high frequency of check raise for an optimal defence.
Or he has a calling range full of air.

It is difficult defending vs small size, there are villain that cr too, other folding too or very few.

When field made a mistake hero win in the long time :)

Hero need a little fe for made profit with a cbet.

i don't understand: why do you say calling range is full of air if we have no XR range?
If we have no XR range, then all the strong hands stay in the calling range and protect it...

is it because if we call, we HAVE to defend certain %, and a large bottom portion of that % is basically trash - and this trash is better played as XR with the XR trash range protected by strong XRs?

and this combined with the fact that passive defend has to be a larger % than aggro defend because villain realises more EQ vs passive defend?

but even so, what's wrong with having a lot of air in XC range if it's a well-protected and balanced range?
