Even scared to play anymore

Hello,
Two very sick hands. These things make me scared to play Poker where I try to outsmart the opponent. Nearly every time I want to play the flop either some really nasty card drops (in this case 8 which is good for straight and of course it comes in spades = he got the flush).
I'm getting really frustrated about this.

I know I could have jammed the second KK, but I wanted to get some money, cause I know they just gonna fold if I jam.
Sadly, this is back to back - I got dealt kings back to back and lost both times.
It makes me depressed.
I cannot be a winner in this game if every time I give someone a chance to hit a card and to pay for it - he hits it! In fact tonight I cannot say anyone missed a bet against me - they have 4 outs - well until the river comes he gonna hit it.
Now I don't even want to play Poker, just either all in or fold.
In real life Poker games trips are good hand that does not crack easily. I know you gonna say I should have jammed or just gone all in, but in reality - they just fold then and I get no value of premium cards and I get eaten by blinds then.

Damn this sucks.
How to profit off fishes as they always win in my opinion and experience? He calls with Q2 and that's it! He's a fucking winner!

Quit poker, you do not have the mental stability for it.

First KK hand I would Cbet around half pot and call a shove, but a unlucky hand.

2nd KK hand I would shove against 3 limpers with a 17bb stack. if i want to play it with a raise I would make it around 6bb out of position and shove the flop. As played i would shove the flop for value and protection.

ATo is pretty standard. To bad villain hasn't a decent hand this time, but always better than getting sucked out :f_wink:

99 would be a min raise pre-flop. I don't like limping first in. Than you could win the pot right away as well and if you face a shove of 1 of the short stacks you have a easy call. Flop is standard.

Cheers,
