Hi Kubihishigi,
RedsYNWA is quite right.
Use help@ggpoker.com to find out.
Alternatively, if you open the client but don't log in you can use the "live chat" feature -- and if there is a real person there, it might be faster

Don't just go and try it though:

From: https://help.ggpoker.com/article/701-i-will-be-out-of-country-for-a-while-can-i-still-play-poker-from-another-region
Provided that your account is ‘Verified’ and the country where you will be accessing your poker client is not on our list of restricted countries, this should not be a problem. Otherwise, our Security Team may seize your funds and block your account once you have breached these conditions.

All the best,
VS

Hi Nejcs,
I'm not sure what you've done so far, however If you haven't yet, send email to help@ggpoker.com
Be sure to include as much possible detail as you can -- especially dates, amounts, cards and account names.
The more detail you can give in your first email, the fewer emails will be required.

You might also enlist the help of your bank or card provider.

Best of luck :gl:,

Hi there. I have a question too.

I'm looking to move on a new room and GG really interest me. I did some researchs but could you confirm me what's the deposit and withdrawal methods on the sofware ? I'm from quebec, canada.

I didnt seen any bank transfer methods, which is what i usually use cause i don't have a credit card. And i would like to avoid the useless fees from methods like skrills, cause i'm a winning player and i don't wanna pay 5-10% with money conversion on every future cash out. It would be a no brainer deal breaker to move on the room.

Hi nlholdem1,
Welcome to the PokerStrategy.com English forums! :welcome:
In PokerCraft, click "TIMELINE" at the top of the left-hand menu.
Starred hands will appear under the date where you played them on the right hand side.

Cheers,

Hi LeRoux90,
I'm on the Wet Coast of Canada, and when I use the Deposit tab, I can see "Interac" as a method.
I haven't used it, since I use another option -- MuchBetter

If you can use that from Quebec, then it is fairly simple.
I works using an app on your phone.

I agree though, that direct bank transfer is the absolute best way -- I keep a separate bank account just for that.

Edit: I just realized you might not be able to see the deposit methods if you aren't signed up yet. Here's a screenshot of what I see

All the best,

Thanks for the answer @VorpalF2F. This is exactly why i asked in here, cause from my researchs, i didnt find the same methods that you actually screeshoted. Not everything on the net is updated when you search about poker rooms infos. I can't create an account just to watch too cause i did read that there's the honeymoon promo for new members, and it expire 7 days after creating the account if not manually activated...

I have a paysafecard account i think cause that's what i used when i moved on 888 If i remember it well i lost like $30 on a $300 bankroll transfer, but it could be an option. I don't mind fees on deposit, i just wanna avoid repetitive fees on withdrawals, cause it's like they take a % of all your winnings after, especially if the room force you to withdrawal the same method you deposited. I just don't wanna use skrills and be stuck with the long term fees, would be a mistake

888 had no bank transfer for deposit but have it for withdrawal, could you check the withdrawals methods as well ?

Edit: another thing, can we deposit in CAD on GG, i seen the C$ on in many videos. And do you know if there's money conversion fees on the room? That's a thing that paysafecard is terrible about, i checked and they take over 6% fees for it. it would cost around 10% of my bankroll to transfer it lol

Here ya go...
IIRC You can request a wire transfer -- or you could until they improved their list of options
At one time we Canadians had no options.
It may be different in Quebec, but from BC I cannot deposit or withdraw using a credit card

interact seems to be the option to me, but i remember on 888 trying it and my bank wasnt supported by this method ( laurentian bank )

Hi,
I found and i am using interac/e-transfer as the best deposit/withdraw option! I have also separate banc account for poker and it is with CIBC! Most of the CA banks have restrictions for gambling and they will refuse such transaction! Besides you should evade the currencies exchange at all cost because both your bank will charge you and the exchange rate will be really bad for you from both sides, so CA to CA! I think they will automatically set your main currency to your IP region so it should be to CA!
Greetings!

I think that the restrictions only apply on credit cards.
I have used interac e-transfer several times direct from my bank account without any problems at all.
I have also used the MuchBetter app I mentioned earlier.

I did researchs and i think that with laurentian bank we need to create a separated bank account for online transactions (interact included). In english it's named LBC digital and i don't really understand the thing much

Do you guys know if we can deposit with a credit card that is not the name associated of the poker account without having problems ? I don't like to ask but i have family members who doesnt mind buying for me while i pay them cash, but i don't know if a room could see it as a fraud and having my account blocked and lose my BR, i would defenitely not risk it

Very wise to be cautious.
You could ask at cashier@ggpoker.com, but they might need to know some further information -- such as the relationship between you and the person who owns the card.
This is due to anti-money-laundering regulations.

I like the idea of having a separate account for online only.
My poker bank account is only used for online transactions, but it is not a requirement. I could do anything I wanted with it.

Yeah i won't ask to use the credit card, won't risk my BR, it's out my options. I'm actually trying to learn how BLC digital works and gonna open an account with it. I just wonder if the interect method works with every bank? On 888 it wasnt one year ago... But i'm not sure if this BLC thing is new from bank laurentian. There's inactivity fees for this account so i don't wanna create it for nothing

At the end if i find no legit option i'm just gonna move on partypoker or stars, both are linked with my bank account already

Does GGpoker is really soft or the software is harder now? I did read a lot talking about it's soft but if i understand the software growed very fast, and i seen yesterday that at 3am 80k players was on it lol Can't be that soft with that many players. Less players means less regs and a bigger rec/reg ratio to me
