If you add the buy- and sell- portions, it is 7.

Close enough.

Also, as I said, this is common to all foreign exchange transactions.

Yeah, not good. I'm not sure if their delaying tactics are scamming or incompetance or just delaying to hold on to money for as long as possible.

After my withdrawal request, I got a 'Your Withdrawal Request Confirmation' email and then I got a 'Restrictions on your account' email asking for copy of my credit card and driving license, both front and rear. Did this and got a 'Approved withdrawal confirmation' and saw the money in my bank, minus $30.

Not happy, and told them via email, but wasn't intending on walking away, just wanted to use my stash elsewhere.

I then got another email, 'Please complete the verification of your account' asking for my credit card again, which I did.

I then get another email 'Please resend your documents', we cant read them. My arse.

I sent them again but with each exchange I get less and less likely tu use them.

... and the days just roll on by. Maybe their emails are restricted to one every God knows when.

Cheers,
Mike.

Sent that. 600dpi, as clear as a bell.

Don't think it's really a scam but it's in a grey zone close to be, i mean sometimes it feels like they volountary trying to hide things. They very obviously don't want us to understand how things works on their room. I personnally came on 888 because of a deposit bonus i had of $280, and did $20-$30 on it because i gave up misunderstanding the conditions and didn't want to wast my time, i'm playing there for one year now, not a scam but you can see their tactic worked

In this answer i received, just wanna add that all my questions are written under their message in my message that they actually answered, that's dumb at a competitive level to be the dumbest thing a support ever messaged me... They answer to my questions by asking to send them again my questions, it's just wtf, and over 2 weeks for that
