i need your help. I had earned Reward Points worth 230β¬ in Decemeber until 25.01.2021. On 26.01.2021 i logged in and the Reward Points were not available anymore, my VIP Status was gone and my deposit bonus got canceled.
I already raised a ticket via normal support yesterday. Today i got the following answer:

Thank you for contacting customer support.
Unfortunately, we are not offering Loyalty points and bonuses anymore. Of course, we understand that bonuses contribute to your entertainment to a large extent and that this abolition causes displeasure, however this change is necessary to be able to continue to offer you our games and services moving forward.

I am really shocked that they just took away 230β¬ from my account and the only think they answer is the statement above. Nothing on top. I am really speechless. You are my last hope to clear this topic. Can you please help me? I hope you have better options to escalate this topic.

I believe you are signed up from Germany/at betsson.DE.
This affects all customers playing from Germany and you should have received an email about it by now,too.
The statment we have received today is:
Unfortunately, due to changes in country regulations we are not allowed to offer any kind of bonuses to Poker players that are playing in Germany anymore. German players are no longer eligible to participate in the monthly Affiliate Rake Chase, receive the welcome offer/s reloads and convert points to cashback.
Existing players are of course welcome to continue playing, and we are still accepting new players from Germany too.
These changes are affected immediately. We are very sorry for the issues caused and understand your frustration.
We are in discussions with them to see if there is any way to not stop promotions immediately, but it is up to their legal council on what to permit. I can not make any promise in that direction. It is also clear to me that this step was not taken as a money-grab, but rather due to an urgent legal necessity.
I am sorry - but here I am unable to help at that moment.

Hi thanks for the reply and one more quick question are Betsson going to offer the 30% maximum rakeback deal through pokerstrategy ? It looks like you only currently offer the rakechase with pokerstrategy and not the 30% boost to maximum rakeback.I currently have a 35% guaranteed ipoker deal on another skin through another affiliate so the thought of dropping to a tier system each month doesn't appeal.Although the thought of a 30% deal through pokerstrategy collecting strategy points and also earning referrals appeals greatly.So if you offered the 30% guaranteed rakeback deal through pokerstrategy you would certainly have my custom.

Hi im from the UK so that means if i make an account through pokerstrategy i get the boost to guaranteed 30% rakeback ? how come that isn't advertised in the promotions offer ?. Maybe pokerstrategy will be adding the Betsson 30% rakeback deal to the bonus offers ?.

it is true that it is not generally advertised. We are in any case just reviewing the offer site due to the above mentioned change in the German Regulation.
Should you decide to sign up, please send us a customer service ticket so that I can a) verify your tracking and b) make sure you get the direct boost to 30%.
By the way, the Rake Chase is worth about up to 17%, depending on the level you reach. More here:

OK I sent email to Betsafe, we discovered that my local ISP suddenly labeled betsafe.ee as harmful with their security service. Changing DNS to Google DNS restored the connection.

That used to happen with 888. I don't think that they were flagged as a security risk, but when they wouldn't connect, changing the DNS often worked.
Yes but 888 was blocked directly by government 13 years ago, changing DNS still worked, but now when i got past the ISP Security Guys by changing DNS and went to Betsafe i thought maybe 888 again also today? But 888 was there in that secret place, saying they no longer operate in my country, if i have funds there i can withdraw, but im pretty sure that bankroll on 888 is exactly 0.
