Hand Importing with HEM2

Hi guys,

My Holdem manager was importing hands perfectly for a few weeks, (only started playing on the 7th again) with Pokerstars. It randomly stopped working, (just did that waiting for hands thing in the top left). I didn't change any of my settings or anything.

I stopped and restarted my HUD but nothing happened. I then played with a few of my settings on both Pokerstars and HEM and it started working again.

The problem is that now I am missing all the tourneys in between.

So frustrating as I didn't change anything.

Is this something to do with how long hand histories are kept or something on Pokerstars?

I'd like all of my histories since the 7th Jan on HEM and I want to keep all my data everytime, without this happening again.

Can anyone help?

I have actually just found a load of articles on the HEM website which seem to go into this.

I'll have a go at these and if I struggle then I'll come back to this.

I'm all new to HEM and importing hands etc!

It is possible (not necessary true) that you are experiencing your problems because HM2 is no longer supported and possibly PokerStars released some update that changed the way the hands are saved or something.

HM2's final version 2.0.0.8714 should still be working on PokerStars tournaments for now as long as everything is configured properly.

If the pokerstars client was not writing any files then there would be nothing for HM2 to auto import or display the HUD. Check the hand history and archive paths configured in HM2 then check those folders on your computer to see if you can find those missed hands and manually import them. If they do not exist on your PC for some reason you can request them from the PokerStars Tools menu or email their support directly and ask for them to be emailed then manually import them.
