I have moved your question to our HM board. There fits it better and you get support of a HM supporter.

I'm not playing ZOOM on the moment, but if you run PokerStars in the English language and 'run as administrator' the HUD should still work.

As previously communicated in emails, alerts, and forum posts, there will be no future updates or support for HM2. PokerStars subsequently released an update that involved renaming and removing antes from Zoom tables for NL5-NL25 tables. This has resulted in the HUD not displaying on those tables for HM2 users.

If you do not have version 2.0.0.8714 installed please update to the final HM2 version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_2_Beta.exe

- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
* If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
- Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

Please close HM2, download this ZIP,
https://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/PokerstarsZoomTables.zip
and unzip (replace existing) it to this folder
C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Roaming\Roaming\HoldemManager\config\
(instead of {Username} type Windows user name)

If none of that helps there is nothing further we can do to assist as HM2 support ended on Dec 31, 2020. You will need to upgrade to HM3 for future technical support.

Thank you!
The version version 2.0.0.8714 I had already become a few weeks ago. I downloaded now the PokerstarsZoomTables.xml file but in my C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Roaming\Roaming\HoldemManager\config folder wasn't this file. I copyed it here but it doesn't work.

Did I something wrong?
Thank you,

Are you sure you chose the correct Windows user/login name? The file should have already been there. Did you make sure to unzip it before you copy/pasted it?

If that doesn't work for you unfortunately there is nothing else I can suggest now that HM2 support ended on Dec 31, 2020. In the past our developers would have updated that file and release a new HM2 update if needed but that is no longer possible. You will need to upgrade to HM3 for future technical support.

I have some other instructions of how to find and edit that file yourself that I can post below if they might help, but that file you downloaded/unzipped already has the edits in place and has worked for pretty much every other customer that I have sent it to.

HM2 development ended on 31Dec2020 so we will not be updating the software any longer. Rolling back to previous versions of HM2 will not fix the HUD on these former tables. You can fix this yourself if you close PokerStars and HM2 then edit the C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Roaming\Roaming\HoldemManager\config\PokerstarsZoomTables.xml file to remove the references to the antes. i.e. Change "Aludra (Ante)" to "Aludra". If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory - https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files

Please see this post for a more detailed description - https://forums.holdemmanager.com/showthread.php?t=543141&p=2513653&viewfull=1#post2513653

And translate it to your language - https://translate.google.com/#

Oh, I missed one of the two roaming folders! That was the problem!
Thank you very much, Fozzy71! You were a great help!

PS: I have HM3 too but it's hard laggs at the Zoom tables, in two of three cases it shows one earlier table's stats (
But I don't like it anyway the HM3).
One more thank you!

Ahh yeah, I actually forgot about the double roaming in the path myself and posted images of the wrong path. My apologies for that and I am glad you figured it out despite my error in the images. I edited my post above to remove that bad info.
