I didn't have a read on him so I wasn't sure where to place him. Should I have 3-bet on the flop and tried to push him out with a raise on the turn?

You had a very strong hand on a relatively dry flop, so definitely 3-bet flop, turn is a clear bet and I think you wouldn't get raised on turn with 3-betting flop. I would bet turn and call raise.

Some judge will tell you more about the river, it would be possible he would raise you on turn to get to free showdown but I kinda doubt anyone would be doing that on 0.05/0.1...

just gotta keep hustling into the higher limits.

It's an easy 3bet on the flop. the board is dry. he's got too mandy hands that you are still ahead of. thats a typical beginnermistake. to underestimate the strengh of the own hand. thats pretty normal that is why i give you the advice to generally play overpair hands aggressively, especially palying out of position. 3bet on the flop is fine to gain more value out of your hand and to avoid a freecard that he might take on the turn in case a dangerous card appears.

3bet flop and if he's raising the turn again, i would change to the passive mode and call it down.

the river doesnt chance andything in that case since your opponent can bet with a bunch of worse hands. he often expects you to have A high.
