I just played freebies, but i am thinking to try is there going to be more value in spins, than the rush&cash, because the cash in the race is super easy and is huge 3-4 bins. Besides the PVI doesn't apply for spins i think!
It is so easy to play them optimal and still they are so many bad players!

Yes bigger the stack lower the variance, because the variance is brutal! Don't recommend to play without at least 100 BIs! 25 bis swings for 100 spins are something normal!
I cannot understand how is possible to have such horrible luck like mine! -40 bis for 100 spins playing GTO vs apes!

In those flip-and-go tournaments, it is a 9-way forced all-in to start.

It is 9-handed, so you can seriously expect to move on to the next round only 1 of 9 times.
If you're willing to accept that, it does have the advantage that if you do make it past the opening round, you're in the money, and the rest of the tournament will last typically less than 2 hours/

It is very surprising to me how many players enter for just 1 stack too.
If you do enter for just 1, you need to win several all-ins in succession to proceed.

Over the years I've read hundreds of posts about how unlucky people are, and although I could feel sympathetic, it never really happened to me.
This last week I lost 20 consecutive $5 "Twister" tournaments.
It is brutally demoralizing.
At least ten of those were really bad calls from opponents, who won with runner runner.
Most of the rest I got it in ahead, so my chip EV -- although negative -- is not really that low.
I finally won one today.

Yesterday I lost 23 in a row at .25 vs total apes, most of them gambling without any understanding imagine! So many heads ups and 5x and 2 10x as total chip leader like 12bb vs .3 bb lost and so on:facepalm: It is ridiculous how unlucky I am!
The theoretical variance should be no more of 111BI and I started to play them with GTO calculated ranges and I hit -100 Bi for 560 spins vs total morons and fish regs and
my chip EV is in the sky:ayfkm::facepalm:!
I won a few more after that, including an 8x.

A bit of a culture shock -- nobody folds flop or turn, but can fold rivers with air (they'll call OTR w/ 3rd pair though)

If you are wondering what your bankroll should be for Spins then around 40% of players had a low point of -63 buy-ins, meaning that a 50 buy-in bankroll is risky. Likewise 20% of players had a low point of 111 buy-ins, so if you have what most would consider a conservative bankroll of 100 buy-ins that is also by no means safe.

and you blind in 90% 1min blind level
