Hey guys,

Cousin wants to learn poker but since he's not from where I live, I can't help him learn about the game. That brings me to my question, do you know the best android phone app to learn Poker? Thanks in advance!

The one I used in 2008 that got me started in on-line poker is long gone.
So sorry.

Are you looking for an app that he can use to play poker against his phone?
There's a bunch of those.

Also there are a bunch of poker training apps.
None I've tried have been worth the effort.

Nope -- never heard of it.
When I look it up it appears to be a poker room based in India.

Before I did anything like that, I would sign up with PokerStars through PokerStrategy.com and play play money games there.
Then when your friend is read to move to real money, it's all ready to go.

Take Vorpal's advice. This question requires an answer which is a bit complicated. Assuming that the best poker games to get better at poker would involve real money, you either have to live in a jurisdiction where poker is legal or visit one where they allow it for non-residents. For example, you can play free WSOP games anywhere, and it’s one of the better phone apps, although rather simple. It can also be played with real money when you’re in Nevada and you are a USA citizen, even though it won’t work when your location is out of state. There are numerous countries that allow legal online poker, so you could theoretically install the app on your phone, bring it to, say, the UK, and play games for money there. They won’t work in the USA, though. Hopefully, this answers your question?
