PLO100 | QQ98ss preflop and postflop!?

I think its very borderline open with three spades. As we expect to get 3bet often I think open fold would be preferable. Would probably call 3bet also with cold caller and flop we have to stack off spr 2.

I feel I'm lost a lot preflop especially when being faced with a lot of aggression. I guess there's charts that exist for preflop ranges? I'm wondering if for example AQT4ss to the queen is rather a raise 1st in than this hand. Or hands like 677Jds in UTG. Especially when there is a 3bet to be expected. I kind of adapted to these aggressive tables by limping more but I'm not sure if that's the solution lol. Probably a wider 4bet range is a better adaptation. Oh well guess that's a different topic haha.

I play on plo25 and PLO50 so you probably have more experience on this format. So don't take my opinions in too eagerly

I use personally odds oracle to check how high certain hand is ranked. There is guide by Kyyberi on Omaha section how to train open raise ranges. If those are not clear on mind. I mark hand if unsure and check it after session.

Versus 3bets we want to call hands that hits flops often good enough. Problem with these single pair hands is that very often you have weak to fairly weak hand if not hitting set. So I tend to fold them lot to 3bets. Same for single suited Axxx unless it's very well connected. Problem with weaker ones is simply risk of being dominated.

Well I did check these hands as open raises with odds oracle and in those rankings QQJ9sss is indeed easy open. But yeah that's not surprise it's just still not nice hand to face 3bets so if we expect to get 3bet a lot it's not so nice. I think versus maniac type 3better I would prefer to have that AQT5ss type as we can dominate wide 3bet range somewhat and be able to continue more often postflop.

Versus tighter 3bet range that mediocre Axxx will have problems though.
