No one in the forum has access to account information, so I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the dates involved and so on.

This promotion is not available for Unibet players from Belgium, Denmark, Sweden and Germany, due to local gambling regulations.

No, it was about SP made only by playing, and I had some SP given by pokerstrategy as gratis.

I guess the 10 bonus points you can get per day if you earn at least 1 SP on daily bases with playing on Unibet or other tracked poker room account.

Yes, the new format of the rake race will continue for the foreseable future. In case there would be any changes, we will of course let you know. But for now no changes are planned and the monthly rake race on Unibet will continue as usual.

We will be posting the results of the October rake race in a day or two, as we still are waiting for some last updates on the StrategyPoints.

For November we will run a special edition of the race where our members compete with a few select other affiliates. In total the prize pool for the November race will be €35,000, which will be distributed amongst the top 50 players as detailed in the rake race payout table below.

Hey, how do I check if reward was added to my account?

I think it should show up in the transaction history. However, the payouts were only requested last friday and our contact had a long weekend and will be returning to the office tomorrow. So of the winnings have not been credited yet, i expect the payouts to be credited latest by wednesday.

Hello, I had the same question - how to check if the reward was added and found out that there were no transactions not only for the last period but also for all previous periods (it is impossible, however, to check the the data earlier than August 10 on the website). What should I do in this case, can I request all the previous rewards? (I believe I should have them for the last 5 months or so). And there is no option to contact the support on their website now!

THe payments for the rake race should be visible in the transaction history as "Premium – Premium deposit”..
However, you can only see the history for the last 90 days. If you need data going back further, you need to contact their support. I think you can reach out to "info@unibetsupport.com" to get this information. But it might take afew days for them to provide the data.

There is currently a technical issue due to which for some players they points are not being updated correctly or not at all. Unibet is aware of this and working on a solution, however don't know yet exactly when the leaderboard will be corrected.

To still give you an overview of the current standings, below you can find the top 250 based on the activity from November 1st - 8th. The ranking is based on Unibet Alias instead of initials in this case.

Thank you for your reply. I will try to write to the email you have provided, because I still cannot find any reward in the transaction history. The matter is also that after logging in at the Unibet website I am always automatically directed to the Russian version (which is btw more than embarassing) and I cannot see on that version the button which could mean "Premium". When I try to go to the English version, it logs me out and afterwards again redirects to the Russian website(((
