UTG+1 seemed fishy. When MP goes all in on the flop for 0.65 cents I believe his range is two pairs and combo draws, I don't put many KK,QQ,JJ in his range because of his limp/call actions pre, Should this be a shove over the top or do I want the other villain to stay in the hand ? turn comes a brick and it goes x/x, on the river villain shoves 34cents into a pot of 2.47, I can never fold here but should I have put him all in on the flop or turn? I did not know he was going to call flop but on the turn I had the opportunity although I don't know if I had any fold equity on the turn because of the Pot in relation to what he had behind.

Shove flop and as played shove turn. You got 1/8 of pot behind on turn with almost always best hand...

i don't really understand the question. are you afraid that villain will somehow fold the turn?

not sure what's your purpose with this line, are you trapping? you think it's better to give free cards and then close your eyes and call any river... if they do shove?
is it so bad if villain folds whatever piece of equity he has to the 1/8 pot bet? (he won't)

I would isolate shove the flop as well. if villains has better it's just unlucky I think.
Pre-flop I would most likely over limp on the BTN. It will be hard to get 3 limpers to fold with any reasonable raise size and you need to hit at least top pair to continue post-flop against fishy players on NL2.
