Yes 2.4x EP, MP, 2.2x CO, 2xBU, 3x SB. The wider the range+the better position, the lower the open size theoretically. It increases the the EV of the bott of your range and makes some slightly negative hands BE, besides you are loosing less when have to F which is way more often when you get 3B and allows you to defend cheaper and wider vs low 3B. They are too many players who are over sizing or under sizing their 3Bs aka most players 3B sizes are pretty wrong and far from the theoretical ones and are pretty exploitative like this! IF you compare the EV opening of the hands vs ranges you will see slight advantage for 2x vs higher OR from BU:). WE want to see a flop with wider range the cheapest way, that generates FE and play IP, because if the blinds are defending properly we are having range disadvantage OTF! It is related as well to the SPR! SB is 3x, because we are OOP.

The reasoning is the same.

One adjustment suggested is that for BU if the blinds are calling pretty much anything, raise more from the BU and tighten up a bit to take advantage of their tendency to play weak hands.

First of all, I don't think AJs should be a 4bet, this hand is strong enough to play OOP, 4bet bluff's should be more like A5s. And yes he does have hands that beat you, as you can see, you lost to KK. He is not raising you on river with hands like AK KQ or AA, those are just pure call's, so when you get raised, you can safely assume you are beat here.

As far as I know, you are 4bet bluffing to get better hands to fold, not worse hands to fold. So in this spot, what better hands do you get to fold? AQo? I think AQs is calling and AKo/AKs for sure! So what's the point of 4betting here in the first place?

Yes, even only AQ is enough, but he had 12% 3B, so he can def F and pockets 77-99 at least! + we are OOP and we cannot realize our theoretical EQ OOP, so this is the way to fold a way a lot of equity as well!

Only AQo is not enough risk/reward ratio for you to 4bet bluff there. Also 77/88s are very unlikely to be 3betting, 99s can be a mix of call/3bet. Meanwhile he will have hands like weaker suited Ax, KQ, 910s/10js/Q10s etc. and you are doing great vs these type of hands even OOP so 4bet here achieves absolutely nothing.

I'm pretty sure all good regs are too busy on grinding tables, to pay any attention of chatting/emote spamming. I personally think it's a distraction and doubt any good players would get involved in some sort of discussions during play, as most likely they are multi tabling.
When it comes to loosing AA vs KK, well it sucks, but 1/5 times you will loose, and that's just how poker works, nothing you can do about it, just carry on. I also noticed you have moved down the stakes? I wish you best of luck to grind your way back up to Nl10/Nl25.
