Hey, lately I received some cash dollars. I can only buy in with normal dollars (despite of what is said in the instruction that I can choose which dollars I want to use to buy in) and I can only use cash dollars when I rebuy. So, if I for example buy in with normal dollars, choose an option to auto rebuy with cash dollars and I lose stack, then cash dollars will be used for rebuy. And if I decide to leave after this then to which balance would dollars from the table return? Normal or cash dollars?

Do you plan to include any new games in the near future (stud/mixed games/omaha hi/lo)?
Or new game types (PLO Battle Royales, HUSNGs, On Demand tournaments, Fast Fold tournaments...)?
Or rake/fee changes - for example the All In or Fold Omaha SnG is really dope but the 10% tourney fee makes it impossible to grind 
Basically, can you share with us what to expect or are you not allowed until we get the update?

About the strategy points, if you signed up using a PokerStrategy.com link, I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the date when you joined and so on.
Hi, a deposit question: I'm trying to deposit with iDeal, but the popup that's supposed to handle this stays empty using the client. The main screen tells me to enable popups in my browser, but I'm not sure which browser it's using.
I tried doing it via https://ggpoker.nl/nl/, logging in and then depositing there, but the opened popup gets blocked by my antivirus software as being harmful. I'm not really happy with the depositing being this difficult and potentally insecure.

Is there any way you guys at GG can let me choose 1 table background?
Its so annoying every tournament (normal, Bounty, Zodiac, WSOP etc.) has its own background with different colours and shapes.
I would love to be able to have a simple green felt.
The emoji's and other stuff are fine.... But having similar background on all GG tourneys would be a pleasure for my eyes for sure.

An interesting idea.
I never noticed the backgrounds actually.
It took me a long time to learn to ignore all the other gimmicks.
For me the really tilting feature is the slow-roll river card.
I might also suggest that you send email to help@ggpoker.com with your suggestions.

This is the only thing I like :f_tongue:, I REALLY hate to have to decline insurance every time and every street while there easily could be a setting to always decline, but ... they make money from it so no setting? Same with running it mupltiple times although that is free.

Just a couple of quick questions if you can help please
- Has GGpoker been tested with Windows 11? I just wanted to check this before accepting the prompt to update.
- the 2nd thing is I've noticed is some really strange stats on the in-built HUD where a players 3BET stat can be far higher than VPIP. For example I'm looking now at the stats for player - across 990 hands the VPIP/3BET ratio is 19%/42%. I don't' really understand this as I always assumed 3BET% should always be lower? Or am I missing something?

HI. Just joined ggpoker yesterday and can play fine with windows 11.
@Paulwall324 3Bet means the time someone raises and you re-raise.
So if the first 2 hands were multiway limped pots and you folded preflop, you will have 0% VPIP. And on the third hand somebody raises before you and you re-raise them, then you will have 33% VPIP and 100% 3Bet because that was your first opportunity to 3bet.

@nsavov thanks for your explanation which makes perfect sense, so 3bet is based on the hands entered where there was an opportunity to raise rather than the total number of hands played. I was really struggling to get my head around that one:D
hey, i got some rly basic question, new guy in gg poker, im asked to verify my self, how im suppouse to do that in case when i cannot upload anything? there is no button to just click - upload (bank statement or utility bill) in kyc verification.

I think you opened their casino games. I am talking about the GG Trivia button that is just above the Fish Buffet button.
Apparently there will be a free trivia every Sunday at 13:30 GMT with money prizes. Registration will be opened 24h before it starts. But I am getting this damned white screen...
I asked them and they said it's not out yet and they are aware of the white screen with the message. Hopefully it will work tomorrow.
