J2s is no brainer defend in this spot. I would not fold J8s there even if he decided to make it 5bb preflop.
Seems like a easy defend. Offcourse I wouldn't play HU at a NL2 table, because of the rake.

For me is an easy defend as well.
I would Defend J7s+ to this size.
If it's a min raise I would defend J2s+.
