Hello! I'm still sore from a shove I made with TT last night and would like your input about how bad it was :)
This is NetBet's 10euro buy-in Fists of Fury tournament, in the money with 13 players left. Here is the prize pool and ICM numbers:

I'm in the 7th place. I opened with TT UTG with just under 30BB, everyone folds except for one raise from CO. What should I do?

I really want to hear what the experts say.
30BB is too big a stack to open shove -- at least it seems that way to me.

It is too small to raise/fold

So it comes down to raise/4Bet and if 4Betting, it must be a shove.

TT is a flip vs AJ+ and a massive underdog against JJ+

Does anyone ever just flat here?
The advantage is that if you get a board with high cards, you can get out, but if it comes all low cards, you can x/r.

In short, I have no idea, but I just want to find out...

First of all I don't like the sizing, you are 30BB deep, there are shorter stacks at your table, so min raising pre is better than 2.5xing. the extra 0.5BB you invest in pot wont achieve something that 2x raise already doesn't. If you want to raise slightly bigger than 2x, then go for sizing like 2.1/2.2.
ICMizer says it's a profitable 4bet shove with 10s here, and I would personally shove my self as well. If we are vs JJ/QQ/KK/AA so be it, vs rest we are flipping or being ahead. Also CO will have some 3bet bluffs that will fold to 4bet shoves, and if you win the flip lets say vs AK, you are in much better shape to chip up even more before FT and have much higher chance to have a deep run at FT. Flatting can also be an option, but you are OOP, so often you'll get bluffed off from your hand on A or K or Q high boards. Folding pre is not a option here.
I would personally 4bet shove unless I have a specific read on the player that he is extremely tight.

I have moved your hand to our hand discussion board. There fits it better.

TT would be a min raise pre-flop and most likely 4bet shove. Especially if villain is aggressive there is a decent change you have still a lot of fold equity.

Thanks all and sorry for the wrong board! I did 4-bet shove and lost to JJ, so was a bit sad. I will roger the min raise!

I already had a discussion about a hand like this with some experts and they told me it would be a flat call to see the flop.

The reason for it is that you're not playing against a normal 3-bet but you are playing against a 3-bet against a UTG open and that is a very tight range with like TT+ and AK.
So you are just beating AK, blocking TT and heated by the rest of his range except some bluffs. But you're hand is still to strong to fold.
So I would flat to protect myself from light 3 betters

That is not correct at all, 3bet vs UTG open raise does involve bluffs to fold out better hands, while their value 3bet might be JJ+ And AQs+ they should have 3bet bluffs as well such as KJo, KQo, J10s, J9s, Q10s etc. Cause your open range isnt just TT+ And AQo, if it is, then you are way too tight.
According to GTO TT is A 4bet shove due to OOP post flop, and you have enough Equity to get it in pre flop which is higher EV than flatting. If you flat OOP you are pretty much set mining here And you cant defend vs Cbets on A or K high boards as you barely have any of those when you just flat A 3bet pre.

Villain is the CL, so he is supposed to put a lot of pressure on the medium stacks. For this reason I would 4bet jam TT w no regrets!
And yeap, 2.5x preflop raise is to big w 30bbs stack.

GTO could be tricky to use. I'm not sure it's based on $ev as well . Especially around the final table bubble and at the final table you can better play based on $ev than Cev.

Is folding here really to nitty? His "M" is about 18. Does anyone limp shove in this spot?

I would flat the raise near the ft and against very tight opponemts i would consider a fold sometimes.
