I have an account for over 10 years, always a great service, but I recently had my account restricted for investigation, as I complained in the chat about the fact that I couldn't withdraw money that my husband earned and transferred as a birthday present to me, such as I complained and said I was throwing the money I wanted to withdraw, they blocked me asking a bunch of questions related to hauhauha addiction after more than 10 years of gambling, they ask me if I'm addicted when I want to withdraw my money, to deposit do not ask anything. But that's ok, after 3 days they released my account, I spent all the money I wanted to withdraw, but that's ok, I deposited more for me to play, and then they blocked me again, this time to investigate my connection with my husband , as it transfers the same cell phone to play,
Hi! When I tried logging in on Saturday, I found out that my account had been frozen. I emailed support@starsaccount.uk that evening, but had no response. On Sunday I emailed them again, but from a different email address and so far have not had a reply. They don't send auto-replies, so I don't know if they've received the emails nor how long it will take them to deal with the query. Any idea what I should do next?
Hi EimaEima747,
Welcome to PokerStrategy.com ![]()
I suggest that you send a single email from the email account that is registered with PokerStars.
In the To: field include support@pokerstars.net, support@pokerstars.eu and support@pokerstars..net
All of them on the To: line, not on the cc: line.
Include any questions, and any information that might be helpful.
Then be patient.
As far as I know, no-one from PokerStars monitors this forum.
Best Regards,
VS
If this isn't work out you can also go to the website https://www.pokerstars.eu/help/articles/acc-close-block-restrict/84786/
That could help as well.
Cheers,
