PokerStars Zoom, Hold'em No Limit - $0.02/$0.05 - 6 players
Hand delivered by Upswing Poker

UTG (Hero): $5.02 (100 bb)
MP: $6.02 (120 bb)
CO: $18.64 (373 bb)
BU: $5.05 (101 bb)
SB: $14.08 (282 bb)
BB: $4.01 (80 bb)

Pre-Flop: ($0.07) Hero is UTG with A A
Hero raises to $0.15, MP calls $0.15, 4 players fold

Flop: ($0.37) 4 Q 9 (2 players)
Hero bets $0.30, MP raises to $1.73, Hero calls $1.43

Turn: ($3.83) T (2 players)
Hero checks, MP bets $4.14 (all-in)

The villain just calls preflop so I think his range which he 3bets OTF is: QQ,99,44,AQs,KJs+,Q9s,AQo,KQo - not sure about QQ but occasionally might be there.
I put it into Equilab and output is:
Board: 4♥Q♠9♥
       Equity     Win     Tie
MP2    59.83%  59.83%   0.00% { AdAh }
MP3    40.17%  40.17%   0.00% { QQ, 99, 44, AQs, KJs+, Q9s, AQo, KQo }

Therefore my call OTT is profitable.

Turn is not a good card for me and villain bets big and doesn't give me correct odds for calling so I should fold.

I'm still not familiar enough with pot odds and equity so I want to check up if my thought process is correct or range I gave the villain is ok?

Normally I would go broke on the flop with a 3bet shove for value and protection against a unknown with the nut flush blocker. Offcourse villains raise is huge, but tough to give villain credit for only better hands.

Would the same apply for this board?

I also prefer to go bet/broke on the AA hand on the flop on nl5, i dont like the bet/calling option when he raises quite big. if i call then maybe x/c.

The KK hand i would cbet for half pot maybe having the K of heart, there is no need to go over half pot imo.
In position i think against that x/r i think its an easy call on the flop, but ofcourse it depends on the villain.
They might get it in with FDs so in that case reraising/getting it in is probably not the worst option.

I might prefer folding to the flop bet in hand 1. Villain is betting roughly 3x pot and we hold a single pair, I don’t mind just folding without reads. His value hands are sets and Q9s, he might not even play his best single paried Qx this way.. and hands like AQ probably 3-bet pre

The board is little wet.

If he hit set, he dominates you significantly, but you are competetive against 2pair Q9.
He often has TPTK, flush/str8 draw. He can slowplay KK.

I would shove on his big re-raise on the flop, presuming you have no history on that guy. You may have some fold equity too.

I would go broke here as well against a short stack with a 3bet shove. It seems unlikely villain has hit this board and villian can play a over pair the same way as well.

Is this hand a similar pattern, is this shove ok?
