Would you guys call here? We are in the money here and there are only 120 players left in this tournament. The average stack is 30 BB at this time.

UTG has played at this table 23 hands and in 13 of them he limp with no PFR.

yeah I would call too. I would fold if he is super tight or you are on the money bubble

Funky spot against a 20bb shove, but against a loose passive fish I don't think a fold is to bad.
I would stack off most of the time as well.

I believe that folding here is not too bad because if he has limped several hands maybe he is trying to see cheap flops to raise even more chips as possible and that All in movement is really protecting a very strong hand.

If you've only seen them limp about 55% of the hands and no raises, I'd probably fold it here. I'd only call if you had any extra information from watching their tendencies post-flop to make a more educated guess.
