I'm not sure what you are asking. I notice you play at very different stakes and gametypes. I would suggest to follow a proper BRM and play the games you feel most comfortable at and go from there.
Yes, well I mean you are experienced enough to know that there is no magic formula to become a winning player. Your graph is not that bad either and 7K hands is not a very large sample to fix leaks based on your data. The thing that I would do, as mentioned earlier is go back to lower stakes until you start to win again and do some extra studying too.
When your wonsd is below 50 your W$WSF should be way higher than 49. So there is one thing to look at. But you should play (atleast) 10k hands at one stake and format and go from there.
