What site it is? If is PokerStars ? On PokerStars correct results of tournament are supported. On other sites correct results are not supported. Tournament summaries support will be added for 888 and WPN in Hand2Note 4.

To have correct results for tournament of PokerStars:

1) Update Hand2Note and PokerStars to the latest versions:

2) Please configure properly autoimport settings for PokerStars (two folders should be added, responsilbe folder for tracking winnings is tournament summary folder)

Once you have done this new results should be tracked properly.

Hello I tried all things in the links. None of them worked - it work for one run. After restart I am when I was. HUD works only on 1 zoom table and freezes when I add second table. Sometimes even not on one table and very very occasionaly it works on 2 tables. I found that best probability I have to have HUD is to run PS and before I open any table (crucial) I run H2N and starscaption. If I open any table 1st it never works. Starcaption helps for more reliability I dont know why. I need to say I am frustrated from that now ♦ Please help. I need H2N because I honestly hate HM3 (what they did with luring ppl to buy HM3 for fix price and then added subscription after...that was sick, I never run any of their product anymore despite that I gave them like 100 bugs report and suggestion during beta phase). So I really want to get H2N working properly again.

Please make sure your H2N and PS clients are up to date and disable antivirus during the game, or add H2N and PS folders to exclusions list. If you're running StarsCaption it may affect HUD display, it's best to disable sending data to H2N in SC settings.
Also please try to enable this option and always run H2N and PS as administrator:

What PokerStars reservation are you playing? Currently there are known issues on such PokerStars reservations as .GR .CH .EE , so mostly smaller ones.

The latest room update has caused problems and Hand2Note doesn't work there at this time. We are aware of the problem, our development team is working on the solution. I can't give you the ETA, but we'll do everything possible to restore the support shortly.

I usually play svenska spel poker (swedish site). And there is a converter I use to get H2M to work. H2N grabs all the hands. Or st least 98%. The % stats seems right and my winnings are close to right. But the popup diagrams is really messed up. If I play lets say 1k hands. Then I Do a range research. Cbet stats is 62% (seems ok). But there is only 2 hands in examples in the popup diagrams. For that to be right it has to be only two showdowns in 1k hands that’s Been cbetted on the flop.

Any Ideas how to fix it?
Or is it a problem that can’t be fixed?

If you are using a converter, then you need to contact the developer of your converter to sort out the problem.

I fixed my problem. It was the anti virus that was in the way!

Hello. We are not aware of any bans for using Hand2Note and we have not received any requests from the administration of the room, but we are not responsible if the room decides to ban someone without warning.

Thank you for the reply. I asked Titan support again and they confirmed that Hand2note (or other external software) is prohibited.

I just installed Hand2Note primarily to use with PokerStars short-deck.

Question 1:
I noticed that the database is held on the C: drive, which is an SSD, and fairly small.
Is it possible to put in another location?

Question 2:
I also play PLO8 on 888, and would like to keep that data separate.
Is that possible?
If not, how do I go about clearing out the database to start over?

When will support for Stud and draw games be added?

Hello. You can migrate the database according to these instructions, but it is not recommended to use HDD for this purpose - the speed will be slow.

No problem — I have a second SSD that is used for PT4 (postgres) and fpdb (mySQL) databases
I'll move H2N to there.

Whenever I start the program, it finds the 888 hand history directory and auto-adds it.

I would like to use Hand2Note for playing short-deck hold'em on PokerStars
If I have an 888 table open at the same time, those hands get imported too.

How can I prevent the 888 hands from being imported?
