Sadly, even if they do result in a positive red line, it is offset by the time your large bet sizing is called by a player that already had you beat or a player that outdraws you.
A positive red line is worthless if the blue line is going downhill.

Yes, indeed. I arranged somewhat fixed days for studying and playing, like 2-3 days a week, which helps a lot.
