I am on silver and not getting more than 1 or 2 chests out of 10 having coins... at this rate I think the general PS population will end up with less coins - not sure what PS are trying to do here considering they haven't announced they will phase out The Deal and recently also revamped/advertised changes in their Store...

I'm also on silver, and getting $5.00 worth of reward each chest.
I get coins with a bit higher frequency that that I think.

checking now...
Until Dec of last year I almost always got some coins. Since then, out of 8 chests, I've had coins twice, so 2 in 10 is probably about right

I got 80 coins today — plus $2.00 cash and a $2.20 Sunday Milly satellite ticket.
Silver chest, so $5.00 value for 2850 points. 100 points per $ of rake, so 17.5% rakeback.

Not to bad and a shot to get a Sunday Million ticket for free isn't to bad ether.

In what way is it for free? It's just your rakeback repackaged in a non-flexible way so that you're stuck using it for something you might not want or haven't studied or aren't skilled at, etc.

Hi Vaars,
You are quite correct — it is just one portion of the rakeback.
I don't play hold'em much, and big tournaments even less.
Even worse, the ticket I received had an expiry date, so I couldn't even play it, since I was away last week.

That's to bad that you couldn't use the ticket on time.

The most useful currency is just StarsCoin because it's equivalent to cash and can be used in the store and on The Deal, but PS insists on mixing up the rewards

I actually prefer the cash, since the items in the store seem overpriced to me.

Indeed. With playing for a jackpot every 12 hours you can earn more than with buying items or money with it.

I guess I'll start play tonight

That's to bad. I can't see any more if the jackpot was burst.

Pretty long odds, but every few months, somebody does

Indeed. You need to be extremely lucky to win the jackpot. That's the same with a lottery.
