Villain seems like ok reg. We are with quite deep stacks.

So flop I bet only half pot as I would really want to keep those weaker fd in the pot more often. Turn went for pot as I only have top pair but lot of backup. Blocking KK, KQ. Villain shove though which means mainly KK, KQ imo. I suppose its actually quite close if getting enough equity on turn to call. But yeah I think other option would be to perhaps x-c. I just thought there is decent merit in also getting protection as we have one pair only.

don't have too many thoughts here, only wondering about the flop. 3bet pot i find our hand a bit vunerable to go 1/2, i like the idea of checking oop(either x-r right there or if he checks keeping the pot small and see what turn brings doesn't seem so bad aswell) or just go bigger/pot. IP i think the half pot may have more merrit vs oop?

Definitely bet flop and stack off if he raises. By betting you get value from flush draws and one pair hands. Then the question is just about the sizing. First we have to think if we have just one sizing or two for this board. If we have pot and half, then the next question is when and how to use those.

In our pot range we shouldn't have many folds, as SPR gets so low after potting. On the other hand our bet-fold hands should mostly be in the half a pot range, and therefore we should have some bet50%-reraise hands too. To simplify, I would start with a strategy that has bet-fold and bet-shove as options, removing bet-call oop.

This hand is good candidate for that half a pot range, as we don't need that much protection. Most of opponent's calling range is in a bad shape, and we shouldn't be that afraid of any turns.

This hand is a good example how 150bb deep is very different than 100bb in 3bet pots. If hero would have been 100bb, he could just effectively shove the turn. Maybe hero could take this into account and bet 2/3 on the flop, to make turn pot more committing one?

Yeah if I remember right plotrainer did prefer to use 1/3 and 2/3 sizes when stacks went deeper in these 3bet pots. At least with 200bb stacks. Probably exactly for reason to manipulate SPR for later streets.
