It worked for me the last time I played anything.
Perhaps it has been removed in certain regions.

Next time you play, go over the settings before you open any tables.
If it still doesn't work, contact support using the tool in the client.

Hello Paul, thanks for reaching out. Due to restrictions in the UK, we are unable to offer players on the .UK licence the option to automatically rebuy in cash games and tournaments and the option to automatically add-on in tournaments. Yes I totally agree. The UK do not have that many restrictions, so we cant complain for now anyway

Is still not working for me either. Annoying as players always think you’re short stacked.

There is some interesting material, including some screenshots of PokerStars replying with basically what we already know — it is due to rules in the UK that are now applied.

one helpful hint — the fastest way to top up is to right-click your stack.
