BU is maniac opening ton of hands and is very aggro postflop. SB is very high vpip call happy player. We are 250bb deep versus BU.

Flop is pretty interesting as I flop two bd fd and 17 out wrap. But 6 of those outs are not to nuts. I think there are two reasonable options. Donk bet or x-r. Hand is imo too strong to just x-c. But I also thought that if I x-r and BU happens to 3bet I am not super happy about that SPR being over 20. But if he raises my donk bet its easy to call. I think I would prefer to look for x-r on flop with bit more nutty wrap but perhaps fine with this also?

BU call my donk bet and turn doesnt help me. I also dont block any two pairs or set so went for x-c. River give me second nuts. I think I might get called by some two pairs or sets if I donk but I also block third nut straight. Anyway I think this guy was going to value bet 97 anyway. Maybe not weaker than that. But he could also have some missed straight draws to bluff versus check. Also ultimately I didnt want to donk bet and face raise and be put into really tough spot.

Hmm interesting train of thought and dont Think there is anything wrong with it and hope I'd come up with this line aswell.
On the turn id consider bet fold which maybe a bit weak including your reads, but also based on your reads I'd assume to keeping telling the story of the "nuts" maybe more effective? The turn card may not be ideal for this, but also no draws arrived and the new "danger" off kk is kinda marginal in comparison and he should have a hard time imagining to convince you of it when you sit on let's say TTQ9 or possibly hold KKJ9 ish hand yourself. Point I am trying to make, is that if we get raised there I think we can fold because its probably really strong as its hard or rare to find hands that can do it. Also should make him potentially question more if he can really bluff the river if we check there aswell...
It's the only alternative I can come up with to consider, as I like the reasoning for the rest.
Folding the turn would suck but with the k and no more bds it seems on like 10 good/clean outs of which some may just lead to a split its Not the worst if he really finds a hand to raise there?
Anyhow still think your line is good and probably better all considerd, since you already said yourself, the potential raise on the turn is definetly quite a tricky situation that's maybe best to avoid, even the chance for it. Just wondering how big that chance really is here.

Sort of tricky thing with these guys is that they might be happy to raise turn with like KT+gs type hands and be ready to stack off. Possibly also some bigger wraps which of course could be dominating my outs heavily.

Other thing to note in this deep stack scenario is that my bd fd are not that nutty so by taking x-r line on flop it can back fire. Then again this guy was definitely too wide with cbets so it could still be good option even if not best default option.
