Sometimes the first deposit bonus appears when you deposit and sometimes you have to verify your account first. You will receive the post code by mail or you can use your passport number.

Same for me, just waited a lil and it appeared a day later or so.
If you deposit before setting up your nickname (i.e transferring money from sports or casino etc before downloading and installing software) then the bonus won't get automatically added, you need to contact support to get it done if thats the case
