Why is my account suspended? in GG Poker

These types of request are common.
If you have broken no rules, they usually get cleared up in a week or so.
You may be required to provide documents the prove your residence.
These will be things like: passport, driver's license or other government-issued ID. You may also need to provide utility bills that give further proof of your residence address.

My advice for people in this situation:
 Be patient. These things take time. Send at most one email asking for clarification, and in that email offer to provide any assistance needed.
 Be polite. The employee(s) that you deal with are your only path to your money. If you make them angry, they won't be motivated to help you.
 Start now to collect the documents that they might require. Get high-quality scans of your passport, driver's license and utility bills or bank statements. Scan them to pdf. If you don't have a scanner, a local stationery store can do it for a fee. For the utility bills, have a couple of them made. Keep these files for the next time a poker room asks.

first, look at your own mistake that makes this so bad: you parked your whole BR at this one site. I guess you are too young to remember black friday of poker?! good luck and never ever do that again if you are really making a living of the game
