Call 10bb shove from button with KQo

I don't think it's a terrible call. Villains range seems capped. Villain shoves for 30bb effective with the big stack in the SB is really weird I think.

Read less I would fold, but if you think villain can shove with a wide range I wouldn't mind the call. Most of the time you flipping against a wide shoving range.

I think we run into small to medium pocket very very often here. These are sort of hands people tend to have with this sort of shove considering 30bb effective versus SB. Though I would not personally have any shoving range in BU shoes.

ICM is not big deal at this point so I would say call is slightly better than fold but fairly close. With KQs it would be mandatory call.

Yeah, I think villains range is capped and he doesn't have, at least, QQ+, AK+. Most likely hands are high cards or total shit.
