There could be a couple of things happening:
small open raise size encourages wide 3Bets
What does your fold-to-3Bet stat look like? Above a certain percentage, players auto-profit when they 3Bet. I'll leave it to you to figure out what that %age might be
Players in fast-fold games typically 3Bet more, especially against players with higher-than-standard open raise
Defense:
Add some 4Bet bluffs to your range — esp against players with high 3Bet % (>8 over decent sample)
Tighten up
Flat their 3Bets to try to see what range they're doing it with.

3bet = points on some sites for the leader boards so maybe players building up points for that. On GG it's not uncommon to see 20%+ 3bet for players early on in their sessions as they try to get some points in the bag.

I hate it when promos encourage improper play.
OTOH, if people think you're 3Betting wide for points, you can get more value.

Do you set a max number of hands — or perhaps a time limit on your sessions?
Trying to play at least a 100 hands each day on stars before I go to work/other stuff.
Might play a little more if I have time. Would like to play at least a 1000h a week on stars just to see what happens. Not very good at cash games, play mainly tournaments.
But getting bored playing for hours, plus wife is starting to moan about the time I spend on my laptop

A very good reason to schedule time for all purposes.
When I have a big tournament scheduled, I let Mrs Vorpal know well in advance that I may be unavailable for up to 14 hours, but the top prize is x thousand dollars
