JTo in BB vs UTG min-raise 200BB Deep

vs UTG open, JTo on BB is call 33%, fold 67%.

I personally do not flat that hand on BB at 100BBESS vs UTG(may be 10% flat?) and I wouldn't flat it deep either because I have to believe it has some RIO.

the ESS is close to 200BB — does that make a difference?
I've always been looser deeper

For 200bb effective I wouldn't mind the call against a min raise, but than you need to be careful post-flop.

As played I would call the flop with middle pair and the straight draw as well for 10c more and check to the aggressor on the turn. If you raise the flop you get only action of better.

Turn is tricky card for you, but I prefer to check to the aggressor and re-evaluate on further action. Leading is a weird move and is tough to get value or a better hand to fold.

I led the turn actually, and got called.
I majorly sucked out here.
What is beginning to puzzle me is that the hands I win are the ones I should have folded

Here is how it played out:

GTO wise its x/c with somewhat 70% + Freq on the turn, but i would probably prefer x/f ( i checked it in solver )

River bet could be around half pot for value with the full house I think.

I would call preflop - he is minibeting 2bb, you have good pot ods, you can call close to any 2 cards.
On the flop x/ bluff rise - UTG open lot of combination with K - AKso, KQso, KTs+ or pairs 99, TT, JJ, QQ, KK, AA you are blocking J + T.
On the turn x/call up the 50%, fold to 50%+.
