Read: UTG is a happy fish on a large stack playing in every hand, but a 2x is unlikely even for him. SB shoved a 20BB stack into a 6BB pot when got a two pair with 63s on a 963r flop just in the previous hand, so I wouldn't thought he has anything when checked the flop. I could fold if the river is anything but a Q.

Thanks for noticing that — I didn't.
I'll bump it up to PT4 support — but first I'll check the original output. I have a script that modifies the card display, and it may have side effects
Edit: Nope — the original hand history as output by PT4 contains the same erroneous equity

It's the kind of pot that the villain could've avoided by waking up two minutes later or sat on the toilet seat 30 seconds longer.

I received a reply from PT4 support — this is a previously unknown bug:
Thanks for your example. I see the same thing with this hand and I have reported it to the development team to be fixed.
What's not to love? Invested 50 cents and got back 50 dollars.

I've seen rec players bluffing on 4suited (or whatsyacallit) boards, or overplaying weak flushes in these situations, so I assume MP has also seen stuff like that, and he went full bluff catcher with his second top flush, not to mention his Royal flush draw ♦
Not a good play, but I see worse on a daily basis to be honest.
