Flop is mix between check and bet, probably checking fine.

Turn is check.

River as played jam is fine, atleast Texas solver tells that. But the EV is close here.
AJ is mix between check and bet(shove) on river.

Flop is a check. You have air. No backdoors.
As played i think it's fine. Wouldn't expect AK to be in villains range after you double barrel here. It's a reach but i think shipping is fine, you can get spewy calls from QQJJKK.

I don't think villain will call the river with JJ-KK or villain is fishy. Villian could 4bet those hands pre-flop as well.

If you Cbet the flop I would check the turn. It's tough to get better hands to fold on a blank turn card and you could be drawing dead sometimes.

GTO Wizard says,

Flop, 60% bet, 40% check

Turn, 100% check

River, 83% bet, 17% check

In general, you got it right.

Is the river decision based on the fact hero is betting on the turn?

I don't think so, not if solver says to check turn 100%.

Than you can't use GTO solver for this particular river spot, because I expect villains range is stronger now and makes it tougher to get value or a better hand to fold with shoving.

SB is calling 3B from BU. So his range would be some middle pairs. Big pairs like AA, KK, QQ and AKs he wil 4B.
Flop is better for him - check flop. Same turn.
River is tricky you got top pair + top kicker- he is still calling, what he will be calling, middle pairs TT, 77 or AKo, AQs agains your big pairs or strong 3B hands ?
Or he will be calling set 888, 999 and after turn FH?

river seems okay to me, not sure I love flop / turn play. our hand is so medium i don't see what we really gain from betting.
