If you want to overcall, then why not stick to blockers to flushes and unblockers to missed gutshots? Anyways, why play HU against regulars?

Hm, interesting spot.

That River size looks bluffy, I play a lot of HU, and usually when 6max players play HU they tend to overbluff in this situations. (also they don't take much into account that HU ranges are a lot different and hit boards also differently then 6max ranges, which is understandable because they don't have HU experience).

I like your analysis, and I agree with most of it. He is definitly being polarized on this turn when they bet 66%+ in this spot (where you have clear advantage in trips, you have A7o in the range and 47s+), so he would definitely need to check some strong Kx+. So I wouldn't say he's betting always KQo+. Also what regs like to do, they like to "protect their range", but still keep a bluffs "in it". I play a lot of HU, and also I play until table breaks, and from my experience I see a lot of them betting in spot like this with of hands like A10o(or AQo) with blockers, but check a lot of AK,KQ, or even JJ on the turn.

I would also say that paired turn is generally underbluff spot by population, but also I agree that polarized size in this spot will definitly be more towards to bluffs because of that tendency from regs to "protect the range", and a lot of value combos just goes into that "range protection".

Generally is ok to stick with blockers and unblockers, but I also like to count combos(and if you put some of value combo's into checking the turn), and I would probably call here. (based on my intuition and experience)
