Strategy Points not being recorded

Hi MYLFF,
I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as the poker room involved, your username, the date when you joined and perhaps your playing history.

The customer service people have access to your account data — no-one on the forums can help with this problem.
Bear in mind that for some rooms, points takes days or even weeks to appear.

we get the KKpoker Strategy Point data on a weekly basis. This week has been a bit swamped so unfortunately last weeks data will only be online tomorrow - sorry for that!
