I opened my GGPoker Client, and saw that there was a message

Among other things, it appears that GGPoker has done away with its horrid "insurance" and replaced it with a rather attractive EV Cashout. Note no fee. Also note that the player who is behind does not get the option to cash out.

How It Works
Players with 60% or higher pot equity after all live player’s have revealed their hole cards will be offered an EV Cashout.
 If the player accepts the EV Cashout offer, the Cashout will be paid to the player regardless of the result of the hand, and the player will forfeit the pot.
 If the player declines the EV Cashout offer, they will continue to player for the pot.
 EV Cashout is offered only after the flop cards have been dealt.

Calculating the EV Cashout
EV Cashout is calculated as follows.

Hi, I'm new to GG Poker.

How do you change the table theme on Rush? I like it black/gray. I do have it selected but it won't reflect on Rush tables.

Also, the Hotkey, how come it won't let me pick right click on the mouse nor any other buttons on the mouse?

Thanks V. But no, it doesn't work. Yeah, I know how to change the table theme, it just doesn't reflect on Rush tables.

Fixed your quote block

Hi. On the last Friday (10th of June) all running tournaments were cancelled because of problems from GG site. I was playing $15 PKO. I've been sent four e-mails to GG (they answered me, but still give me back less money that they should).

First e-mail:

"Hi. My GG nickname is: Maciek89

Yesterday I' ve been playing tournament (buy-in: $15 - PKO) and it was cancelled after something like 2 hours after beginning. Starting stack was 50.000 chips and i had something like 220.000 chips (4.5x) at that moment. I have also eliminated 2 players ($3.75 x 2 = $7.50). You give me back only $7.50 and I should get so much more."

They answered me that they refund me funds on the next 24h - 48h. After something like 60h I was write again and they give me back another $7.20 (so I have $7.50 bounty prize and only another $7.20).

I told them that this is less that they should refund me, but only answer, which I see was:

"Hello Maciek,

Thanks for your message.

We are happy to inform you that the refund process for the unplanned downtime on 10th June is now complete.

Refunds will be shown in your balance history for each affected tournament.

As a reminder please note tournament refunds will depend on the tournament situation as per our refund policy

Thank you for your patience whilst this matter was resolved.

Our apologies again for this unpleasant experience and thank you for your continued support

If anyone could help me with that thing I will be very thankful.

I just played NL50 at GGP but the PokerCraft is not working. It doesn't refresh to the latest session where I can't download the hands. Please help.

What is the problem with this site . i deposited but did not like the tables. So when I tried to withdraw my balance after playing in 5 tournies they refused saying saying I need more gameplay(ito their withdrawal statement but the withdrawal statement says only 1 game required
). My correspondence was courteous until about the 5th refusal when I told them to get an interpreter if they did not understand there own conditions , now their site does not even open, are they in financial trouble cashflow or something?

This is actually quite common.
If you deposit, you must play a certain volume before withdrawing.

Their withdrawal terms and conditions https://en.ggpoker.com/withdrawal-policy/ do suggest that you participate "at least once"
Since they stated a higher amount, the easiest thing to do would be to play the required volume.

They are not in trouble — they are currently the most popular room.

Did you get some kind of a deposit bonus? If there is an active bonus most rooms won't allow you to withdraw.
I suggest just playing the lowest Spins, Battle Royales or All-In or Fold SNGs. They are the fastest games that are considered tournaments.

I know that Holdem Manager 3 isn't allowed on GGPoker but I use it when I play on Pokerstars and I sometimes play both sites at the same time.

Will I get in trouble with GGPoker if my HUD is open for Pokerstars while I'm also playing on GGPoker?

How long did your withdrawal take recently? I am in Brazil, I used USDC to withdraw, but it has been almost two days and it is still pending, is this normal?

I dont get GG withdrawal rules. When they say I cant withdraw more than I deposited, does that mean every time I withdraw I can withdraw only amount I deposited?
For example, if I deposited 10$, then if I want to withdraw 100$, I have to make 10 single withdrawals of 10$? Or I can withraw 10$ and that's it?

You should improve your HUD to be accurate. Every time someone leave the tables it resets!

Yes, quite possibly, I wouldn't risk it.

Is there a way to disable the yellow green rectangle around the table, when Im using the hotkey function? I can't really find anything under settings, but I notice some streamers that are also using hotkeys clearly, but they don't get the rectangle.
