This is when I should directly quit the session with at least 3 hours break! Decided to finish NL5 300H warm up!
This is how I used to play in 2010/2011 and it's bad. TT is definitely not strong enough to 4bet vs 12% range. The fact that he calls QJo here vs your 4bet doesn't say much. In fact your hand isn't even significantly ahead of QJo.
The way TT generates EV via 4betting is when opponent starts jamming 99/88/77/66 or better still 55-22/AT/KT/A9.
The way I view it, TT loses to JJ-AA (4 pocket pairs) so in order to have enough value to 4bet you would need opponent to call or jam with 4 or more pocket pairs.
Against a 12% range of 55+,ATs+,KTs+,QTs+,JTs,ATo+,KQo, you only have 55.8%+ equity again
It was more ok to 4bet TT in the past when people hardly called 4bets (or they 4bet really large, making calling 4b -EV) or when people used to love jamming small pocket pairs (but quickly realized that this could easily be hard-countered by 4bettor 4bet/calling TT/99/88)
Calling the 3bet OOP and playing postflop is honestly not rocket science. as long as you know how to call down enough against aggro guys it is not too bad.

I had Pokersnowie pro subscription till November and I found they don't support pokerstars anymore by myself! After reporting the issues and even collecting data for them twice they canceled my subscription and told me they refunded me some 47$, that I didn't receive yet for 10 days and autocanceled my subscription without asking instead of fixing the issue! Pretty disappointed!

I didn't play live poker sins the COVID closure. And yesterday at 20:00 I went to play 1/2 at Lac Leamy /the local casino/. I was lucky to sit directly with only 4 tables 1/2 available. But my luck ended there! I was total card dead for 4 hours playing mostly vs 1/2 and 2/5 regulars, participated only in 7 pots and won only 2 small pots. At 00:25 I received my strongest holding QQ on CO. Regular fish opened to 10$ from MP1, I 3B to 30$ with 224$ ES, SB cold called and the flop came QJTdd, the regular donked for 50$ I tank shoved for 224$, the SB called and the MP called. Turn 9, river 4 and SB showed K7d, the other mucked! So disgusting! And that was it for me finishing with -300$.

I went to play again yesterday at 20:00 and sat at 20:19 with the maximum of 250$ at on of the 3 tables/mostly regulars/ 1/2. The 1st 2 hours I did 2 opens and 2 isolations, all lost approximately 40$ when I received JJ on the HJ, isolated 1 limper to 10$ and faced 3b to 30$ from weak TAG/his 1st 3b/. I called for HU and at 432ss I x/c 40, and the turn brought the horrible 5, he bet 70 and I snap folded telling him you've got me on that turn and he told me, that he had me all the time:why:. 2 hands later I received KK, isolated 1 to 10 and went to the 4 handed flop 953, cbet 15$ and received 2 calls from SB and BB. Passed on the A turn to face 30$ on 5 river from the SB, after the BB folded. I tanked a bit and he was so passive I couldn't see me ever winning this and sadly folded showing him KK and he showed A5:facepalm::why:
Well that was about -140 so far and my stack was 110 and after yesterday I hated life playing so far optimal and getting rekt vs so bad players. I actually was about to leave at the next BB, because my I applied that rule to buy for no more, than 300$ per session and if I drop below 200$ to end there. Then I won one isolated 3w with Ah and on UTG+2 I cc 12$ open from UTG /very passive fish/ with JJ. He continued 4w on 762 for 30, I unpleasantly called and one of the blinds called and I was literally praying for J and the Jss came. He continued for 35, I went All-in, the blind folded and he snaped me with AA, 8 OTR and I held! So I doubled and I was up to 270$ stack. Some air after all!=) Then I played some more and the whole time I had horrible position, because the 2 weak TAGs were on my left and one of them was pretty aggro post, when they was no more total fish and 2 more NL 500 regulars came up to make 3 on our table. So I asked for table change at the only sweet looking table and at 23:40 I moved with about 260$ stack. It was real sweet looking with very passive players mostly stations, but no cards and I was getting very tired so at about 00:10 I was on the BU and I decided to leave on the next BB. My last hand at UTG+1 I received QJs I lc 7 for 5 way and it came QQJ. The flop went check true and on the 9 turn I bet 15$, 1 call + 1 all-in for 25$. I could only call so the other did and was pretty sad to see the J coming OTR, I bet 50$ and he called me with 95:D, the other mucked. So the table was such dream, but I was so tired and I quit with 370$ stack with 120$ profit which was pretty cool.

Another tough live session yesterday for about 4h30. Played mostly vs fish TAGs and stations. The whole time had like 10 playable hands and won 4:facepalm: The 1st KK opened to 7 from utg2 and in a 5 way continued for 18 on QT9ss, on 8 block bet 5 HU and the fish raised me to 35, snap folded and the fish showed me AQ 
So disgusting overplay! He left soon when overplayed again TPLK vs 2 pairs in multiway limped pot. Other than that had one JJ opened to 7 from early and faced 3b to 15 from fish reg. Called for HU, X true on QJ9ss and On A I bet 20 and he folded whatever he had lol. My biggest pot was with KK and BB when Squeezed the Straddle + 4 calls to 32 and received 2 calls. CB on K73hhh for 50 and both folded:facepalm: Pretty disgusting regarding the fish overplays and stack offs they made for example:
1/ 6 way limped QJTss one of the nit fishes bet 15 called by 2, on 9 bet 25, called raised to 75 and called for HU and on the 8sss xc Jam with KQ and the other one had 95:facepalm:
2/ The same 95 pro olc 15 from SB, xc 30/c for 3w on 853ss, xc 60c on 8sss 3w and xJ allin 125/call on 2 river for 1200$ pot got called from the fish TAG so fck deep. The TAG fish showed 65s, he turned 82 and the other fish mucked!
3/ few hands later limp/raised 35 vs the mucked one from the last, he Jammed and the station called him with KK vs 77:facepalm: And the one aggro player left with -500 for like 2 rounds:facepalm:
And the station left the table with approx 1400$ stack when he was a few times with around 200:facepalm: and I left around 01:30 very tired with -69$ losses.

Another brutal live session at 1/2. Waited to sit about 40m to the one out of 4 1/2 good looking table manifested with passive fish regs. I played about 4h30 and won only 3 pots:why: My largest was with AA opened from utg1 to 10, 4 calls and 983 cb for 15, for HU on 5 CB for 40 and on 7 bet for 50 and the fish reg tank folded. Get rid of a few sick setups, played my A game the whole time 4 session, but not enough. My biggest lost was with AK from HJ utg limp, iso to 12 from weak TAG looking REG, I 3b to 30, another fish REG tank cc on the BU and BB jamed for around 90:facepalm:, the isolator folded and I had only onle option with so much dead money already even knowing the jaming was pretty strong from v passive fish REG, BU tank folded JJ wich is super and the other fish waked up with KK, he held and RIP me.
Finally ended with -106$.

P.S. It is pretty brutal high variance poker for set ups mostly! Many stations pre flop! Players overplaying seriously!
Besides they raised the rake to 8% for the casino + 2% for the bad beat jackpot, which is a lot!

I went to play again 1/2 live after I call to reserve the place almost 3h earlier. On my arrival I was 3rd in the list and it took like 15m to sit on the best looking out of 5 1/2 tables. I had only 240$ cash so that is what I sat with. The 1st like 2h30 I saw only 6 playable hands and reached the flop 4 times. They was 1 sick hand when I was holding AKo on HJ and UTG1/tag looking fish/ raised the staddle to 15 and utg2 /aggro opening and agro isolating fish/ reraised him to 50$, and I know both are pretty strong and unfortunately didn't see profitable Shove and sadly folded. the aggro fish reg isolated 2 to 8$, 2 calls and I had AJc on the SB. I had a read, that with this sizing he was weak and all other dead money to and squeezed to 41$, 3 calls and on QTxss xf vs 30$ from another tag fish/Q+ for sure/. Well like that I went as low as 118$ stack and I didn't really wanted to withdraw and put more money running so bad. After my so ridiculous bad luck for my 5thsession playing optimally exploitative without any error I was hating the poker. They was also a fish maniac for about 2 orbits, who even went all-in blind from SB announcing it from the cards delivering:)
I had another sick setup, received AJ on UTG1, limped for 6 way and on J84ss one super overplaying super aggro fish pre/post with like 90$ stack leaded for 15, I knew I was ahead of him, but they were 5 players after me and I just called, the tag fish raised to 45, anyone else folded to the fish, who called and it was such hard decision, because the tag fish actually overplayed pretty badly, but I felt he was super strong here and tank folded, the fish D jamed on some blanc and the tag fish snaped him with J4:facepalm: so I was relieved.
Well then I received 99 on MP and the fish maniac was straddling, the other fish raised him to 15, 1 call I called , 2 more calls and the fish maniac Shoved, the other aggro fish shoved as well and I couldn't fold for 118 often holding the best hand and called as well. So in 3 way all-in I showed my 99s, the fish maniac showed 67c and it came K95ss/J/2sss, the other fish mucked and I won 355$ pot. SUCH RELIEVE after everything!
Then it came pretty sick hand a few hands later I received KK on the SB, 4 limp and the aggro fish isolated to 20, I had another telling, that with this size he is very sstrong and didn't really wanted to stack of vs him for 180bb ES with KK, so I tank cc and they were 2 more calls for 4w on KJx, 3 checks and the fish, which was pretty passive post continued for 30$, I could't just call so deep with such stations OOP and raised to 100, the other 2 snap folded and the fish tank folded, so I was up to approx 430$ stack!
A few hands later the aggro fish opened to 12 from utg2, I 3b to 40 from CO and we went HU to 552ss, he XC my 40$ CB, it came 3, I continued for 100$ he xc again and it came A OTR, he checked and that was such worst river I felt I am beat or at least not getting called from worst hoped for lower pocket and check behind and the fck pig showed proudly A5o:facepalm: So fck disgusting to lose almost 200$ pot like this! Went down to like 245$ and around midnight the fck fish left with almost 1k stack! The table was pretty much dead with 4 NL500 regs and 3 tag fishes It was to late for me to look for another table and I was tired already, so I planned to left on the BB. And on UTG2 I received KTh, I limped for 7 ways and on QJx check true to see A OTT, I bet 10, 2 calls and on 7 SB donked for 28, I raised to 100, the tag fish folded and donky snaped me with something and mucked after. So I went up to 365$ and left 1 hand later with +125$ profit.

I went to play 1/2 live again Sa for about 5h. I was 2nd in the waiting list in my arrival with 5 tables at 1/2, so I sat in les than 10m in pretty bad looking table. So I asked right away to move to the best looking one and had it in less, than 30m. I was running pretty bad mostly card dead ans I won only 2 hands. One with AKh I opened to 10$ from MP and received 3 calls. On A73 I continued for 15 and got called by female, on 8hh I continued for 20 and on T I block bet 15 and she called me down, but mucked when I showed. The other one I isolated 1 limper to 10 with AQs, received 3 calls and yall folded vs my 15$ bet on Axx. So I finished with -36$ lossesé
