📝 Notes for ranges

From now it's possible to take notes on your ranges in Editor. Click on the note icon below the range matrix to write a note. The note icon will have a purple indicator if the current range has a note.

🎨 Preset colors

You can customize preset colors for quick use when creating ranges.

First, go to user settings:

Then adjust colors set as you like, and click Save.

Now, when you work with your ranges, you can use all the saved colors easily:

🏋 New Preflop Trainer

The classic preflop training mode with the table is now available!

You can now start training any range in 1 click right from the Editor. Here you can also set the coverage of dealing cards to avoid frequent easy-fold decisions.

You can customize hands dealing coverage for the classic trainer. This will help you avoid frequent easy decisions and make your learning process more efficient.

Freebetrange — 2025 Update

Since our last post, we’ve made a huge number of improvements — FreeBetRange has reached a completely new level.
Below are the key updates we’ve rolled out over the past year 👇

• GTO Library

We’ve launched a GTO Library — a collection of ready-to-use preflop trees that can be added to your account in one click. The library now includes 100,000+ solver-based ranges for different game types — cash games, MTTs, Spin&Go.

Our solutions cover various stack depths, table sizes, rake structures, ante settings, and other parameters. All ranges were calculated by professional players specializing in each format. The library continues to grow with new solutions every month.

• Onboarding

We’ve introduced a fast and smooth onboarding flow. When you sign up, you now choose your preferred game type — and the app instantly loads a complete GTO strategy with ready training drills. This means you can start learning and practicing right away.

At any time, you can re-launch the setup using the "Restart Wizard" option in the menu. Choose between Cash, MTT and Spins - reset your default ranges, or load new ones in seconds. If you study multiple formats, you can now structure everything conveniently within a single account.

• Viewer

We’ve significantly upgraded the Viewer interface. You can now visualize every preflop situation with the table displayed, review EVs for different actions, and explore complete GTO decision trees.

We also released a new Multi-Range Viewer mode — it allows you to view and compare multiple ranges at once, which is extremely useful for studying similar spots or comparing strategies.

• Trainer

The Trainer has become more powerful and flexible than ever. You can now review detailed performance stats, including a heatmap of your accuracy by hand for every preflop spot.

Don't forget about customizable dealing coverage — you can control which parts of each range appear during training. This helps you skip easy hands and focus on challenging ones, making your practice sessions much more efficient.
