Is it theorecatilly possible count if table vpip is lower or higher than X, you are making money cause if lower you can steal/attack blinds more, if higher opponents playing too much hands? and what that X is ?

Trying to say that if you dont hit that optimal X in session then somebody doing something weird and you can play then making money?

Theoretically I guess. However there are other factors.
Where a player sits in relation to yourself matters too. In general, you want tight players to your left, loose ones to your right. For example, see: https://www.pokerstrategy.com/strategy/bss/exploits-auto-profit/
Theory: If you're on the button, and SB and BB fold to an open raise enough then you can open any two cards.
Other factors:
They will catch on pretty quick
Other players at the table will try to exploit them as well.
It isn't just the VPIP that matters, PFR matters as well.
Aggression matters also
Yeah thats the dream, but (in the end it doesnt even matter (sry have to) because you making money anyway. if you hit that exactly vpip that means everybody play exactly same way and nobody making money. Offcourse then comes polarized ranges and betsizes but thats not the question idea. 
so they play too much hand ep your vpip goes lower and if they play too low hands you get more to stealing blinds and vpip goes higher. so we want our vpip going under or over than that X
GTO ranges could be considered as a good baseline.
Anyway, you can exploit pretty hard, especially if the table is soft. So, I think there is no definite answer to your question.

Yeah, same as hand discussion we can only talk gto way cause exploiting hand discussion even KK playing can be mistake (villain plays only AA) and 100% range can be open EP cause villains plays only AA so hand discussions going so stupid when everybody just put their own game to someones other game and everything can be mistake or right play so only gto way talking hands
some spots everybody screaming some exploiting folds(never mistake calling only you open yourself to exploiting when trying exploit) where villain make mistake anyway and win 100bb and lose your other range and spots -256bb´so who cares. its like if you have you have it. poker money doesnt even coming in "hands"
