How would you play this river OOP? check or bet? if bet, what size? what'd you do against villain shove either if you check or bet?

If villain is aggressive - xc.
If villain is passive - bet small/fold.

It's villain depended, but against a unknown I would size up the turn Cbet of around 20bb and go for a thin value Cbet on the river of around 1/3 pot and fold to a shove.

I would also recommend that you cbet much higher — 1/2 pot minimum — followed by 1/2 to 2/3 turn cbet

The board looks relatively safe, worried about KT, 88, TT, villain shouldn't have 99 on this river.
So I would go for about half pot, I don't know if I would call a shove, maybe, raising river seems to be the new turn.
